The night & day staff were very friendly & attentive, rooms clean and confi, shower with soap, shampoo & conditioner, clean pool, good hot breakfast, refreshing water with fruit & lemon by the waiting area, hot water & coffee at all times. I really liked this hotel.

The sofa-bed was not very comfortable, and I needed extra pillows.

Well-appointed room, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and the gentleman the front desk was super helpful in making our stay away from the university campus doable and pleasant.

My only issue was that there were a few ants in our room in the ac but I called the front desk and they immediately came and took care of the issue. We didn't have to leave our room but they definitely offered.

There were break ins of cars on the property.. maybe invest in security for your guests.

Location left alot to he desired. The hotel next door had alot of vagrant around the parking lot, however the staff assured me they had cameras everywhere and on-site staff 24 hours. All went well.

The fact that we had already been there for 2 days and never got asked for a second deposit but when we went in the third day it was on third shift and the woman that was working charged us another $75 for a deposit when we had already had a deposit with the same card my husband's card on file and I had only charged $40 deposit that was still holding on to but she chose to say that we needed to pay another $75 deposit and the fact that it did not get returned to my husband

My vehicle was broken into early Saturday morning, but I didn't receive notification until 6:30 that day. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since we had traveled to enjoy ourselves. Instead, I found myself having to spend extra money on a new window for my car. The police were completely unhelpful and never showed up to assist. I paid $419.82 for two nights, but the owner only offered $50 back, which I felt was unacceptable. My window replacement cost $240, and he claimed they weren't responsible for anything outside the building. Despite the situation, I did meet some nice people at the hotel.

Walls are extremely thin. If you want your conversations heard adjoining rooms will most definitely hear them even at normal conversation levels. I understand that it’s a hotel but one should have the ability to get a decent nights rest after 9-10pm. That’s the point.

It is clean. It does have a good selection for breakfast. It is in an area that’s easily accessible to the roadways. Does have a pool but didn’t use.

The lighting in the room was dismisal. Exept in the bathroom, the lighting in the room is very is dim. There is a desk but there is no light over the desk or even near the desk. I had difficulty seeing the keyboard on my computer or seeing what I had written with pen and ink. The ingress and egress to the hotel is difficult at best. One cannot make a left turn into the property. Rather, one must go several blocks down the road, past the hotel, and make a U turn. Also, one cannot make a left turn out of the property. One is stuck with turning right and either going all the way to the airport to turn around or with getting on I-40 and going to the next exit where one can get off and wind around on the surface streets. It appears to me that the current road construction will not remedy this problem.

The room was comfortabable and clean. Really nice bed. Even though there was major construction on the road in front of the hotel, the room was surprisingly quiet. Except for the dim lighting and the access to the property, it was a delightful stay. Unlike many hotels, this one still has daily maid service.
