I left a few items in the room, and the manager decided to use a courier service instead of USPS, which would have been much faster. My items were sent out on July 8. I'm Chicago and was told it will be 5-7 business days! It's only 295 miles!!! NOT HAPPY, that was not a cost-effective decision.

We really had no complaints. If I really want to nitpick, the yogurt at breakfast was not to my liking, but there was nothing wrong with it; it was just not a brand or type I enjoy.

Our mini-suite was very clean and comfortable. We were pleased with the separate sitting area, which was actually a different room from the bedroom. I'm often awake late, and my husband was able to sleep while I could read in comfort in the sitting area. We brought some snacks and water and were glad to be able to keep them in the mini-fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and quite good.

I’m an interior decorator. They need help with placement and size of artwork in rooms. They need some bigger pieces and spread out. In the room we were in, they had 3 above the desk and nothing else. Ie:The 2 smaller ones could have been above the desk and the larger one could have been on the wall to the right of the tv. Bathroom ones could also have been placed differently.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Hot breakfast.

Pool was under repair wish they would have mentioned that! I drove 5 hours to no pool! My granddaughter was very disappointed and so was i ! Should have gotten a discount! No mouthwash in room like other hotels have so bring yours.they don't have toiletries like other hotels so bring yours.

Location was key! Close to everything! Right off the main hwy. Never had to worry about where to go because everything was right there.beds were super comfy.very quiet would definitely come back when the pool is fixed

Housekeeping said it was too late to clean our room on 12/26, but they were in the room next door! I came back to get service dog so they could do it. Wasn't expecting it to be a problem, but under previous manager I don't think I would have had this issue. IMHO Breakfast offerings were pretty mundane. I mean really, no bacon!! LOL One person was too busy on their phone to notice I was at the front desk. Every light in the room was super bright. I mean blinding bright! At least use soft white in one of them.

Location is great. Room was clean, but Christmas holiday was evidently tough on staff.

They have no ability to adjust or modify a reservation made by a 3rd party company. Booking.com failed me as a customer. It is horribly run and as a result I will never use it to book another accommodation and I will tell everyone I travel with to just book with the location

Some of our electrical outlets did not work in our room, so we were surprised to see that our phones or watches didn't charge overnight

The location was excellent and right in between a bunch of good restaurants. Amenities were nicely updated, and it was one of the better hotels I've stayed in.

Rooms and hallways maintenance have been a bit slack: damaged wall coverings, paint and fixtures were noticeable in every area of the hotel that we visited. It was nothing dreadful, just paint nicks and such, but the black out curtain in the room did not function properly either.

It was a perfect location, right across the street from the stadium for the show. The staff was very friendly and responded to our needs promptly.
