I wish I would’ve used the pool more, but because the facilities were so far away from the bath the bathroom was so far away from the pool I could not use the pool but one time

I like the room I like the breakfast every day I like the mid service daily. Most of the staff were very nice at the front desk and some of the staff were nice in the kitchen made. Service was very kind and nice pool was nice but the bathroom facilities were far too far away in the main building.

Unfortunately, breakfast was lacking. The waffle machines did not fully cook and resulted in undercooked waffles. (Kitchen staff was rude towards customers).

It seems they don't have a housekeeping service at night because the day we arrived at the hotel, we had to return to the front desk to complain that the employee who cleaned and prepared the room never refilled the shower gel, shampoo, and hair conditioner dispensers so we could shower after a 12-hour flight. The front desk employee told us she didn't have those supplies with her, and we had to wait until the next day for the room attendant to come. Meanwhile, my husband and I showered with soap I brought from home.

The hotel is simple but clean and attractive. The pool area and green areas for sitting and relaxing were beautiful. The gardens were also very pretty.

This is a recommendation. I don’t watch regular TV. I stream. I have a TV account with Hulu but I can’t use it on a DUMB TV. It would be great if you upgraded your TV’s so I can watch what I want. In the future I will be looking for that as part of my choice of hotels

The hot tub. Entirely the texture of the hot tub was like gravel when sitting down. Not a comfortable place to relax, terrible choice by design. Should be tile for comfort. Felt like sitting on shards of glass it was not enjoyable to relax in.

The value for the space! Super clean and up to date, comfortable sleeping arrangements. The rooms were very modern and comfortable!

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no soap for bathing, shampoo, or hair conditioner. We went to the front desk and were told that they didn't have housekeeping available that evening and that they didn't have soap there. They only gave me a tiny bottle of shampoo, enough to wash a baby's hair, and a bottle of body lotion. My husband and I used that little bottle of shampoo as liquid soap so we could bathe ourselves.

My husband went down to get coffee 10 mins before the opened for breakfast service and was yelled at by staff that they were not opened yet. He told them he was just getting coffee. We went down about 40 mins later and muffins still had ice on them and gravy was cold.

I was really bummed out when we didn’t get any points on our Choice Privilege account for our eight night stay. After reading the fine print I found out I needed to book through Choice Privilege not Booking.com. Oh well now we know for next time.

We picked this location because it was only 3 minutes from our kids house and we had stayed there before and liked it. The breakfast you guys put out was AWESOME !

The heater was noisy, blew cold air for a long time which I could feel strongly as I laid in bed. The heater also made odd crackling noises which woke me up off and on overnight, didn't heat the room very efficiently even though I turned up the temperature on the thermostat. There was no blanket on the bed, so the first night I felt cold. The next day I discovered a blanket and extra pillows in the closet, and I made the bed with those. However, I still felt somewhat cold the second night and could have used a second blanket. The breakfast options were ok, typical chain hotel breakfast buffet fare except there was no whole milk, not even 2% milk available - the only options for milk were skim milk or oat milk. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and crusty and the sausage looked undercooked.

My room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nicely designed. There was plenty of parking. There was a door at the end of the hall near my room which was convenient since my room was at the far end of the building, a long way from the front desk. That door made it a lot easier to park near my room and go in and out instead of having to go the long way from the reception entry. The hotel was clean and the price was fair.

We stayed for two nights for a soccer tournament that our son was playing in. This hotel is well located if you have a vehicle with most amenities being a short drive away. The room was quiet, clean, and had a really great breakfast. The breakfast was large, and included hot items like eggs, sausages, waffles, and more. We really appreciated having such a great start to the day.

I was not sure if specialty items (like omelets) were available on demand. The coffee was adequate but we had brought or espresso machine, which made it hard to compare. Staffers were cheerful and responded quickly to requests.

The breakfast was certainly adequate for the price. I was able to have some oatmeal with fresh fruit, nuts and yogourt as well as a selection of egg dishes, with sausage and fresh biscuits and gravy. Waffles were also available and clearly a family favourite. Breakfast was served in a cheery room with other spaces available including comfy seats by a fireplace.
