Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesProperty was great but didn’t see why I had to pay a deposit for each night which amounted just over $600. Yes it was refunded however this should be mentioned prior to booking. I only stayed one night… it just didn’t sit right with me about the dollar amount and I was advised that I have to go through booking.com for a refund for the remainder of the two nights I had and well that’s impossible because they have you on hold forever or they don’t reach back out on emails.

Belgium- extremely high prices for everything ($9 for a coffee, $12 for a bottle of water, $150 to access a small pool area with shade,….). - very long waiting times at the check-in desk : check-in and check-out process is way too low. This desk is continuously understaffed. - only 1 poor quality restaurant that serves breakfast, and long waiting queues to access it. It was much more convenient to have breakfast at the Pepermill restaurant accross the street…

SwedenPaying for beds by the infinity pool. We felt like we were taken advantage of and were the only ones who paid for the bed and had the red hand band on. Others took the bed without paying, it was unfair to us. And when we asked for reimbursement for this unfair situation at least with a drink we got completely ignored. No manager came to us and nobody apologised. Neither did they remove the coats of the sun bed from us for this unfairness, staff was unhelpful there.
Everything is fresh and clean. Very good state of furniture and different areas of the hotel. Great cocktails and staff at the Gatsby bar. Tasty food in the restaurants at the hotel.

This property is only a few years old so it is in mint condition. The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. The gym is excellent, the parking is now complimentary and front desk were excellent on arrival. I staying in the Conrad part of the hotel which is more luxurious than the Hilton rooms. I was also comped a $75 F & B credit. Thank you Resorts World. PS. The pools are splendid and glamorous too!
