I cannot name one thing we did not like. It was awesome.

I could go on and on about this hotel. It was awesome. So clean, beautifully decorated, lots of extras, great pool area and complimentary breakfast. We can't wait to go back.

I do not like your business practice of adding $150 to balance for rooms up front. There were no charges made to either room and my total at checkout does not reflect my deposit. Then I am told it will be up to 10 days for $300 incidental charges to be dropped,

The breakfast was tasteful, well prepared and there was an excellent variety of. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable as well.

Stay wasn't long enough.

We loved everything had the best 4 days ever. My husband is handcap he has enjoyed every day the room was big and comfortable. Husband liked the no bake cookies in the lobby for guest. I have stayed at other Margaritaville's love this one best.

It made you feel like you were in a tropical oasis but nestled away in Pigeon Forge. It had an upbeat vibe with the music and beautiful colors.

The shower heads in our shower had very low water pressure which was annoying. The free breakfast had the same items every day with no variation. If you can't have dairy your options at breakfast will be very limited (meat bread and cubed potatoes)so plan accordingly.

The staff, hotel and location were all excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pools and lazy river were enjoyable as was the game area in the lobby. The room we had was large with a small living room, table for 2 and separate bedroom with a seating area. The bathroom was large with ample lighting. There were areas all around the hotel to sit and enjoy the music or just enjoy the mountain air. We will definitely return.

I was surprised they didn’t sell sunscreen, especially with so much focus on outdoor activities. Also, it would have been convenient to have a gate from the pool area to the rear parking lot.

Breakfast was excellent, although the coffee could have been stronger for my taste.

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the halls. Staff wasnt very friendly.

Breakfast was exactly the same both mornings. It was difficult for the lady to keep up refilling the food and coffee. The coffee was empty, the bagels needed refilled, never got salsa for potatoes.

I loved the wide variety of amenities. Family friendly pools and for all ages. There is something for everyone! If you wanted to stay on-site for your whole stay you could. Location is close enough to the main strip but far enough away to be away from the traffic and noise!

We visited the area with our kids and friends and have been here a few times prior. The compass will always be our favorite place to stay when we are town. The Kid-friendly atmosphere is definitely a 10/10! Complimentary breakfast, several pools of choice, and the bar makes it all worth the stay.
