The room's smoke detector was on the ceiling over the bed and had a bright light which prevented the room from being totally dark. As well, there was bright light from the hallway which also kept the room from being as dark as some might like it.

Everything seemed clean. The room and the bed were comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was older, but worked well. The shower was just right.

The only complaint i have is our air conditioner started up loud for about 20 seconds, then quieted down. It woke me up several times. The beds are a little hard. But I will definitely stay here again!

The hot water wasnt great. After 5 minutes in the shower it started cooling down. A vending machine or more snack options at the front desk would be beneficial.

I was hoping to use the pool to stay active, but it wasn't clean enough for me to want to use it. It was cloudy and tinted green, and had a slick on it. I was there three days and it never improved. I did make use of the cardio equipment, but the cardio room is three machines squished into a tiny room - I wouldn't feel comfortable using the room if even a single other person was in there. It was kept clean and had towels and equipment wipes, though.

Every staff encounter was exceptional. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt in helping with whatever I needed. The room was very large and offered room to sleep, lounge, and work comfortably. Housekeeping kept it neat and clean. And for the price, it was a great room with a fridge and microwave. Included breakfast offered hot and cold options - nothing fancy but a good range of food.

Usually at a comfort you have access to tables in the breakfast area all day where you can sit in mingle or play cards. This location it was locked because they rent it out. We were having a siblings reunion and we love to play games and it was not easy at this location.

If I had to find one thing I wasn't a fan of, I'd say it was incredibly difficult to navigate the parking lots to get access to the hotel itself. Understandably there isn't much to be done about the location of the property, but this was our first time (and probably not the only time) staying at Comfort Suites and it was just a chore navigating to and from our vacation spots and finding our way back while dodging other confused hotel commuters. A high visibility sign or two would have assisted greatly.
