We have found many issues as we have stayed here at least 10 times. 1. The room walls in every room we’ve been in have been NASTY! From snot, blood, and dirt and who knows what else wiped and spread on walls. We had one room we stayed in twice and the same snot spot by the bed was still there 3 weeks later. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! Makes a very big impression! Room cleaning is definitely bare minimum and absolutely unacceptable. 2. Floors were still dirty multiple trips. 3. Lights being out/ not working 4. About 5 stays microwave hasn’t been clean and we had to SCRUB the plate. 5. 4 stays we had black stuff spread across the bed from a/c and small but one of the first thing we noticed. 6. Bed bugs have been seen as well. 4. The exit doors as in going to stair case are WAY TO LOUD!!!!!! 3 trips we have been by the door and we DIDN’T SLEEP. every 30 minutes it was SLAMMING! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! We won’t stay again till it’s been fixed. THIS IS EVERY FLOOR DOOR! We decided because it was $150 and more at times down the drain for a honestly horrible stay we won’t go back. Same and new issues appear every stay and it’s ridiculous! 5. One of the girls in the front does diamond art and every-time she never pays attention and I have to get her attention EVERY TIME. Small issue but huge impact. People don’t want to have to get the staffs attention and wait. Big deal to us and many other customers honestly it makes a huge impact which obviously hasn’t been recognition or brought to attention. It’s just simple customer service for a job you just sit and anyone can do. To us and 3 other families it’s made a difference and talked about negatively. For the price it’s not worth! Dirty rooms and nothing including! No breakfast ice machines on and off just everything you expect. Needs to be improved majority!

It’s convenient as we fish at the state park. Decent price would be nice if a little cheaper. Staff is decent.

I was charged twice after getting a receipt from booking.com I was forced to pay again at the property. I showed the manager my receipt and my bank account charge and was not refunded. Be aware of paying double the amount!!

Could not sleep cause the smoke alarm was beeping and no one answered the front desk. The caulking around the bathtub was black with mold and the area in the lobby where the tables are needed to be vacuumed. And there were stains all over the carpet

Staff was friendly and helpful but I tried to call the desk during the night and no one answered. The battery in the smoke alarm died and it started beeping. I called at 8 the next morning and she came right away

The hotel was a little run down. The elevator floor was a mess.The vinyl wood floor was coming up. The room was ok, but just seemed like a lot of renovations were needed. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were dirty. But for the price you can’t expect to much.

For the price, it was ok, the front desk lady was very nice and pleasant.

The pool was dirty, the staff was more worried about their phones or a book than greeting guests, the elevator floor was coming apart. And the hotel had quite a bit of reconstruction going on. The towels and hand towels felt like sandpaper.

If the establishment is undergoing construction and amenities won't be available -- perhaps lower the nightly rate until everything is complete instead of charging like things are normal. There were ants in the room that were after the, I'm assuming pizza sauce, that was left on the floor. I have to stay in mineral wells again this weekend for my mother's funeral, so I'll be staying at the days inn instead this time since the price is the same but more services are provided
