How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast didn't start until 6:30, would have preferred 6am. Instructions for using remotes with LG tv were seriously lacking. Microwave making a vibrating noise when not running - needs some kind of pad or spacers under it. Fridge also was emitting a high pitched hum.
It was clean and comfortable.

We were given a room with a freshly painted door and the paint odor was terrible. They shouldn’t rent those rooms until the odors are gone. Also, the receptionist could benefit from some customer service training. I’ve stayed at a zillion Comfort suites and never encountered such an unwelcoming human. The rest of the staff were great

Elevators seemed a bit slow.

Your pool wasn’t working/ closed. I mean there was water in the pool but was never open no matter the time of day, we tried morning, noon and evening. There was no reason noted and when we asked no one knew why. I purposely drove out of my way for the pool. Very disappointing.

The air conditioning unit is leaking and caused the carpet to be wet near the bed closet to the unti/window.
I loved the convenience of the location being close to several restaurants. The hotel clerk was accommodating in placing me on the same floor as the rest of our party. The room was very clean and spacious.

Room was worn. Slow flow in toilet so u had to wait 10 minutes between each bathroom visit. Bathroom sink had a steady drink

The person who made breakfast never showed up. Was very disappointed I booked the hotel for the free breakfast for me and the kids to eat when we got up. The manager was very nice but he didn't even know how to make the quality so I had no coffee no breakfast I had to go out in McDonald's and order food and bring it back to the hotel. I was disappointment.

Bathroom needs maintenance. Tub plug was loose from the tub. Behind the curtains need to be cleaned. The entrance door needs to be fixed.

Never had an luggage carriers checking in or checking out so had to carrier everything to and from the room which we did not like at all.. Asked about them but was told other people must just have them up in their rooms.

The check in lady had no personality (she’s young) and kept the “I’m not available “ sign up most of the night and was sitting in the back office. Also, the hole in the bathroom ceiling ( like a work space hole) was dripping. A little gross but didn’t affect m showers

I've stayed here approximately 3 or 4 times before and never noticed there were dogs everywhere. It wouldn't have been a problem, but it smells like dogs everywhere. Our room was ok, but our couch looked very dirty this time around.
Although we were an hour before the end of service for breakfast, I realized the attendant was really short with me. I thought she was rude and I wasn't the only one. She also started snatching things left and right without it being 10am yet and left a little girl being for a waffle that she didn't get. Not much of a variety and I think there should be another outing besides pork for a meat, but it was ok.
