Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was.no body wash in the shower. Apparently the hotel had run out of it. In that case they should have provided more than one bar soap. Also it would be nice to have two sets of towels for each personas they are on the smaller side. The refrigerator was very noisy and I would have to hit it in order to stop it from making noise for a little while.
The hotel has a great location. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. We did not hear any other guests. The housekeeping staff was very nice.

You need a bedside table with lamp and outlet on both sides of the bed-it’s really inconvenient if both people wear glasses and want access to their phone or book or a glass of water. 2. Please leave instructions on how the TV works!!! I understand that anymore guests must cast their own streaming services, but AT LEAST put instructions in the room how to make this happen on this particular tv. 3. If you can only equip a room with a coffee maker with a 4-inch power cord, place it where it is accessible to an appropriate outlet. Am I supposed to set the coffee maker on the floor to plug it in? That seems unsafe.

That is not acceptable, we had valuables in that room that could have been stolen by anyone. We left the hotel at 10am and did not return until 11pm that day, so who knows how long it was left open.

United StatesThe room we had bathroom door did not fit the frame of the door. The water pressure was very low especially the hot water when drawing a bath. The mattress was very springy and uncomfortable. Not good for 2 individuals sharing. The pillows was flat as well not comfortable.

United StatesThe door stuck due to heat and humidity so it sounded like we were slamming our door when we were just trying to shut it and took some wrenching to get it open. The curtain had to be held in place by a book to keep it from billowing up with AC on.
I loved the setup of the room, two double beds. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Great location near Grant Park, only two blocks from an L stop (red line) and three blocks from Loop L stop. It was easy to get all over but also had some good eating options nearby. I also loved being in a historic building. View was of old building next door but what a fascinating view!

CanadaWe had a small issue with leaking water from the air conditioning units on the floor above but management did not deal with the issue in the best way possible to serve a client.
One of the most unique hotel room I’ve stayed in. The double room was extremely spacious and there was a separate area for the kitchenette with a mini breakfast bar arrangement. The bathroom had space enought to store all luggage and closet was in there all convenient even though there was not any counter space. In the room there was a large writing desk. The location is close to lots of activities, transit and metro. The building is a very old one but for the age decently kept. There is no room service as we had to go get stuff we wanted from the front desk. The cafe accessible from the hotel and close to Michigan Ave was great for breakfast and quite economical. Despite the noisy train in the night and limited soundproofing we slept well as the beds were comfortable.
