The Wifi was really bad, and our room did not have telephone reception. The Elevator is definitely from the 80s, barely worked. The housekeeping was bad at returning our calls.

Location was great! Right at the start of Ocean Drive, away from the hustle, and facing the Beach, the view from the room was great, and the interiors are nice. Room size is also decent. The reception staff were quite helpful, with usggestions and beach towels.

Our room was on the first floor right up the stairs past the Lobby, which could get noisy at night. Bathroom door wouldn’t always shut all the way. Room was small.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property other than there not being a pool which I knew before booking. Other than that, there was an incident one night where the A/C was putting out a strange odor that smelled like fire. It was rectified pretty quickly.

The room was very small, which is fine for 1-2 night stay but could be cramped for longer periods. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to place toiletries which could be an issue for longer stays, but room was pleasant room for a short stay.

The location was fabulous, the atmosphere of South beach was lively, exciting and definitely a people watching experience. We loved the walk along south beach on a Saturday night, so much to see. The room was clean and ideal for a 1-2 night stay, especially the art deco feel which was so nice to experience.

Fix the elevator: people with limited mobility would enjoy it. I'm sensitive because I had a broken foot in the past. Otherwise I don't mind the stairs

No coffee / Tea maker Room a Little small but manageable Lift broken and no sign of any repair happening. Guests had to lug their cases up and down the stairs.

Was right by the beach, they provided beach towels and chairs, but we have to pay for umbrella at the beach. the room was cleaned daily which was great. no meals provided, but have 20% off for breakfast. was close to all south beach activities, clubs and bars. was overall a great stay

It was a kind of disappointment that they did not offer breakfast. On reviews, many people say the hotel offers, but once there, they didn't.. needing to pay extra for that.

It's a very beautiful hotel. And more with a European vibe. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff was nice, especially Juan. And the location can't be better.. right front of the beach, on Ocean Drive. Simply great.

The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress

It’s a beautiful building with lots of history to woman especially! We had an ocean suite very spacious with lots of amenities in the bathroom. Location was perfect right on ocean beach.

The room was a bit small for l people and also the beds were small for 2 people. The sink was not working properly and although they tried to fix it few times it was still not working properly
