Very comfortable and clean room. Loved the location, and the area with the restaurant, bakery and the gift shop right next to the Inn. Great breakfast options, we also enjoyed evening snack of popcorn and cookies every night.

The inn is conveniently located to a restaurant, bakery, gift shop, theater, and market. They are within a short walk. The free breakfast has many options, including hot items. The attendants keep the breakfast area immaculate and well stocked. In the evening snacks and beverages are set out. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The Inn was absolutely beautiful; it was spotless and extremely well kept. Our bed was in my mind "perfect" and I promise I slept better than I have in a year. I personally LOVED what I thought of as a reading room on the 1st floor with a fireplace. My husband and I utilized this space daily. (I could have stayed in there for hours) ❤️ My favorite customer service employee (I didnt get her name) was a WONDERFUL lady with the cutest little round green framed glasses. If I owned or managed this facility I would be sure she was at that desk 40 hours per week. I am a tenured Retail Manager and she gave me the EXACT experience that I want my customers to have. We had a wonderful stay at this facility.

This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed on. The checkin desk was so friendly. The rooms were huge. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they had popcorn and cookies from 7p-9p.

There's only one microwave for the entire building and it's located on the 2nd floor. Would love to have a microwave in my room, or at least on each floor. (Mainly to re-heat coffee in the morning.)

The rooms need updated. Very bad wallpaper and decor. Many furnishings in the inn are beautiful, but our four poster bed had glue all over the top running down the sides where they had repaired them. In the bathroom there was a wet ceiling tile. When I pay for an expensive room, I expect the details to be there. The woman checking us in was a cold and like a robot, saying the same things verbatim. I have always encountered much warmer people.

The executive suite is a large room with fireplace and a large whirlpool bath in the room. The property was still decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was very clean and the shared spaces were expansive. The evening snack was a nice touch.

Great location, awesome rooms, loved wide halls with seating, balconies, drinks, snacks, and food. Hotel was clean and well maintained. We plan 2 stay again soon!!!
