Basic room. The pool was closed and needed draining, water was green. I noticed it was being addressed the morning I checked out. Disappointed.

Some of the features and fixtures could need a refresh - it's got cute decor but needs some TLC to bring it back up to its original glory. The shower definitely needed some love and was hard to get the temperature right.

The toilet leaked, so refilled and whistled all night. I got there late enough that I was not going to go ask for it fixed, and probably no service on staff then.

Location was great and it's apparent upgrades in decorating have been done in room. Interesting modernization things to utilize space. It's spartan but serviceable.

The white older dude at the front desk

Ah, the management team! We have our General Manager, a truly chill and cool Latino gentleman – you know, the one with the San Diego area code. He’s just fantastic. Then there’s… the other one. An older white gentleman. And, well, let’s just say the vibes are a tad different. While the GM exudes an air of competence and approachability, this other fellow… not so much. He has this knack for saying the most peculiar things. Like the time he offhandedly mentioned, "Oh, the last time you were here, the police were looking for you." Excuse me? And then there was the charming story about some unstable person aggressively seeking my address. Apparently, this individual caused quite a scene. It just leaves you with the warmest, fuzziest feeling about security and who exactly is privy to your personal information. This other manager is certainly… memorable. For all the wrong reasons.

The place was a little tired. There was only a coffee machine, making it tricky for us tea drinkers. Downside, if the curtains were open, everyone could see into the room, meaning we had to keep the curtains closed and the lights on. Lighting was energy saving bulbs, so not the best.

The rooms were of a reasonable size. We had a terrace room with a gate direct to the pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The wifi didn’t work and the walls were paper thin, I was woken up by some loud guests next door at 2am and it sounded like they were literally in my room. I put my earplugs in and could still here them so I tried to call front desk to have someone ask them to keep it down but no one was at the desk.

Very close to downtown Palm Springs, nice quiet area, plenty of space to spread your things out, mini fridge. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but saw others using them

I'm a male that travels a lot by motorcycle and have stayed at some sketcky hotels/motels. Don't know how long they have been working on this place but it needs a women's touch. Don't expect too much and you'll be satisfied.

Check in staff member was friendly, pleasant and welcoming.
