We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryI had some difficulty ordering from room service, especially from the City Pizza restaurant. In the end, I managed it with Chazz Restaurant. Due to some of the fabrics and materials used in the rooms, there is a lot of static electricity. You constantly get minor electrocution by just getting in or out of bed, touching switches, or charging your phone, etc.
The hotel staff is very helpful, kind and polite, and this goes to every individual team member I have met during my stay. The room and the bed are very comfortable, and the heating system in the room is excellent. The railway station is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes approximately 30 minutes by train to NYC Grand Central Station. I can highly recommend this hotel to any business travellers or visitors.

Safety of personal belongings, safety in case of fire even if you are disabled, everything in room works the first time you try it. Only problem is for your first trip if you arrive late and tired, you need a map to find things. Great staff. Well run property.
