I don’t like the fact that a microwave was not available for use in our room even though the website stated it was… also we had no access to the wifi information for guest! The pool was nice except the trash floating in it!

The lobby area and our room was clean for a smoking room… didn’t smell like smoke when we arrived! I also appreciated the kindness of the staff.

Coffee, offered in lobby, beautiful lobby ambiance. The room we’re in has newly remodeled. Love it. Wished it had way to cook and larger refrigerator, I would stay longer.

Internet connection is the only questionable part about the stay if they can get a solid connection through out the building it make more enjoyable stay.

Housekeeping really made me feel comfortable and will constantly will make me come back because they went step above when my wife wasn’t feeling well and constantly stop and asked about how she was doing. It meant a different meaning to my family as we stayed here.

I would say that only issue is that the smoker's rooms sometimes stink up the non-smoking room. Also, I wish there was a small coffee pot with a single pack of coffee, I was missing a TV remote and I was also missing a phone to call the front desk. But those were minor concerns.

The motel rooms were actually quite nice and exceeded my expectations. The bathrooms were remodeled. Actually I think all of it may have been remodeled. The room was very big and had nice decor and storage. I noticed there was even a dishwasher as well as a microwave. This place would be a good place to stay temporarily. It was clean. The king's size bed was huge and comfortable. I was impressed. It was nice being able to use a bathroom that didn't scare me. One thing that really impressed me is that a lot of the rooms were behind a gate. Considering the area is not quite known for safety, this made me feel more secure.

The parking lot was behind a barbed fence with key card access, which created the problem of staff not being able to provide two keys for the room as we had two cars with us (keep in mind that when booking we also went for the two person room so it was on our reservation). The hotel is also not really located near anything (almost completely surrounded by other hotels/motels and gas stations), which, for us, meant that we didn't really go out and try any food since it was getting pretty late. You could also smell some of the recreational activities as soon as you walked out of the room.

Place wasn't bad. We were in a non-smoking room and it didn't smell but you could smell it as soon as you were outside the door. We stayed for the night and it was good for what we were looking for, simple hotel room, not too expensive, and relatively safe. The room had been updated which was a bonus since it mentioned that not every room had finished being updated yet. The sheets looked clean and I didn't see any bugs/dirt. Located near the highway so good for people staying a night or two on a larger trip.
