It is a slightly older facility and could use some upgrades. But it is clean.

The staff was exceptional! From Carol at the front desk, all of the drivers, the people behind the bar, and the housekeeping staff. Honestly, everyone just went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast is very good! And the pool is clean; clear water and no sand in the bottom from the beach.

First night lots of people smoking weed in the hot tub. Just decided to go earlier to avoid this. Rooms are slightly dated and none of our bedroom doors closed fully and our entrance door needed a hip check to open it every time.

Location, Staff was great always. Breakfast was good and they kept it stocked. Beach loungers were comfortable, pool was clean, hot tub was clean. Room service always took care of our room, they were exceptional.

The property was advertised as a newly renovated place, but it was not renovated. It was very dated, but clean.

The property had a great location right on the ocean and the staff was very friendly.

The carpet was dirty not that it needed vacuuming just needed to be cleaned

The breakfast bar was excellent as for the room the carpet needed cleaning look like it hadn't been cleaned in long while and the refrigerator door would not open unless you tilted it back because it sat lower than the carpet the help was real friendly my rating does not reflect their service I will give them a overall grade of 5.5

The building is a bit outdated but rooms seem to be newly renovated. The room was awesome but the corner setup was awkward. Front desk staff were awesome. Tyreikus is AMAZING! Loved access to Breakers property. Loved our short stay. Will definitely be back.

The elevators have no air flow or ventilation. It was very hot in them. The balcony is tiny but has a great view. At around 230am, I left my shoes at the bottom of the stairs to go onto the beach and when I came back 10 minutes later they had been stolen :(

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very large and clean. The Oceanfront view is awesome. Breakfast both mornings was wonderful! The buffet food stayed fresh and full and coffee stayed brewed.

I do wish you upgrade a bit. Although it is clean, there is a lot of wear and tear and is need of some updating. I left for a tour early one morning and the staff member Mike seemed a bit annoyed when I wanted to purchase a bottle of water. But it was surprising when I arrived at 9am for breakfast and there was nothing available! The hot dishes were ALL empty, as was the cereal and bread /bagels were also empty. I wasn't expecting to have to go out to get breakfast.

I was there last year and looked forward to returning for a relaxing few days. I like the location of The Strand, the pool and that the ocean is so close. The day time bartender is very friendly and personable.

The bathroom even though it had a fan, everything was dripping wet from condensation after one shower. Walls, floor, and countertop. Also the carpet was visibly very dirty; I wouldn’t walk around bare foot I wore my sandals when walking around because my socks felt nasty. The standard room was very crowded.

The free breakfast was good. Better to go as early as you can to avoid a crowded room. Very close to the beach. And not too much traffic when crossing the street to get to parking garage. We didn’t order from the restaurant/kitchen at the hotel but there were many places close enough to walk to get food or drink. Beds are comfy and they give you enough pillows. Nice view of the ocean.
