This property is our absolute favorite in Estes Park! We’ve returned now 4 times and we’ll definitely be back. We are partial to the Spa Suites - perfect for couples. Very private & very cozy. We only stayed in a different room once when the suites weren’t available and it wasn’t really what we like but we love the property overall.

Everything is great.

It is amazing. The staff, environment, location are great. The lady in the front desk ( I forgot to ask her name) spent her time to explain how to get the entrance permit of the National Park via app, and all information what we need. A stream flows along with the hotel. We enjoy the view every day. We also saw elk, blue jay, hummingbirds during our staying. Location is great. It is closed to the entrance of the National Park and not far from to the town.

Location was perfect, right on the river. Easy access to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was spacious, comfy bed, spa tub with amazing hot water. Lots of privacy. The only minor complaint was the sprinklers soaking our deck one morning that delayed our coffee time just a bit. Overall a wonderful stay!

Perfect location on the Fall riverbank, comfortable accommodation, friendly staff. After hiking all day long up in the mountains the soothing natural white noise of the flowing river put us to sleep in no time. The accommodations in #19 is perfect for a family of 3-4. It does not have a dishwasher though. Highly recommended, nevertheless.

I did not like that I had to remind the staff to clean the room, change sheets and towels, etc., for $450 a night. I also did not like that the dishwasher wasn't bolted into the counter. Extremely sloppy installation.

I liked the size of the room; it was very spacious. I also liked the king-sized bed; very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin and location were excellent. We enjoyed the river which was visible from our balcony. The location allowed us easy access to the park entrance, sightseeing options, and restaurants. The cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

The floors are somewhat dated but clean and in good condition. No biggie!

The property is gorgeous. The Fall River flows through the property over rocks. The sound of the light rapids is relaxing. Wildlife seen in three days: 2 elk, a family saw a black bear that ran off, hummingbirds, other birds, chipmunks, and we saw some trout in the river. There are different types of comfortable outdoor chairs around the property to enjoy the views. The hot-tub was clean and nice and warm. The stars at night were abundant. There are propane grills to use and an ice machine. It truly is a beautiful property. We had everything we needed to cook. There were complimentary items that were helpful like salt, pepper, coffee, tea, creamers and sugar, and cleaning supplies for dishes. The bed, couch, and chairs were comfortable and the unit was very clean. We loved our stay. It is only 2 miles from RMNP and a few miles from downtown Estes. For us it was a perfect location.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the river with lovely balcony. So peaceful! Great sized place and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We wish we had stayed longer. The staff were lovely and friendly at reception.

Located on a beautiful, picturesque river setting. There were many seating arrangements located along the river for all to enjoy. It was so spacious with a cozy bed, kitchen, family room with fireplace, spacious bathroom and jacuzzi tub. There is also a wonderful hot tub next to the river. The location is so close to the RMNP and downtown. Absolutely wonderful place!

Nothing negative to say!

Loved the location! Right on the Fall River, we enjoyed mornings and evenings outside listening to the sound of the river -while visiting town and National Park during the day. Fun waking up and opening our door to a family of Geese! Staff were friendly and property clean. Enjoyed the town of Estes Park being so close so give yourself at least a day to shop and eat! Rocky Mountain National Park maybe 2 miles away so easy to access- and fun seeing Elk, Moose and Big Horned Sheep!
