Walls are a little thin so noise travels. Although it was a bit loud at some points, we still had a great sleep.

Excellent location, close to all shop and restaurants. The bed was SO comfortable and the entire aesthetic of the property was charming and inviting. When we woke up, our breakfast was waiting for us at our door - freshly baked apple turnovers and a yogurt parfait! We were so pleasantly surprised, and they were delicious!

That I was charged the last day before I arrived at reception desk. This is not a standard procedure. I left a deposit...most hotels will keep your card on file but not put anything through without your signature. Our request to have the final bill on two credit cards was not done... when I asked if they could remove the charge and re-do, I was told it was too difficult. For an establishment charging $400+ a night, that's not a very good policy.

The water pressure for the shower was a little low and I prefer a memory foam mattress but the bed was still comfortable.

Nice location with good night life and a fantastic restaurant downstairs. Carmen was an excellent hostess! The pastries brought to our room each morning were excellent! The room was very nice and clean.

We checked in and a band was playing next door, we were moved to a quieter room no problem. The inn looked new and a bonus was the restaurant downstairs. Parking ease was a treat, although the location was within walking distance to everywhere!

I think the room being as small as it was, we felt it was extremely overpriced. For a two night stay during off season it cost us over $600.

The fresh pastries were absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly.

The bed in the Rose Room should be a platform without a box spring. It was high enough that I needed a step stool, which was awkward

The daily pastries and yogurt parfaits left at the door each morning were absolutely delicious. Dinner at the inn's restaurant Chanterelle was superb, and all the staff were phenomenal.

Everything was perfect!! We felt very spoiled during our stay!

The property was in a perfect location! We could walk to restaurants, stores, activities! The only thing we had to drive to were mansions/the Cliff Walk, and we knew that going into our trip. It was a HUGE benefit to have a parking place in the area, though it could be a challenge to get down the street with a large vehicle, but hubby managed! Such a convenient spot! Our room and the entire property was immaculate!! The housekeeping team did an amazing job making sure our room was completely stocked and beautiful! They checked in with us daily with a friendly smile, making sure we had all we needed (which we did without even asking!). Carmen was an absolute treasure! She greeted us so warmly and made sure we had all we need throughout our stay! The yogurt and pastries for breakfast were heavenly!!! Everyone, including the gentlemen doing work at the property were so friendly and welcoming!

My wife and I took a last minute trip to Newport. We had dinner at Bouchard quite a few years ago but never stayed there. Carmen and her staff could not have been more accommodating! Dinner service was perfect, Max our server was the best!

I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband thought it was a little too firm.

The location was great. Alot of variety and quality of restaurants and easy to navigate the neighborhood. The continental breakfast was delivered to our room every morning at 8am warm and delicious 😋. We also enjoyed a free upgrade to our room. A lovely surprise!I would recommend this location for a great stay!

Inn is in a perfect location for a visit to Newport. Loved the apartment on the top floor. Breakfast with freshly baked treats and yogurt is something we always look forward to. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Being above the street was noisy, cars, loud people, music, trash trucks. Adding the white noise was a nice adjustment. I wish there was a common room at the Inn where we could relax outside of the bedroom.

The TV didn't work and unfortunately because the staff had left for the night I didn't bother to call them...it was a minor inconvience. Even with directions the entrance for parking (especially at night) is very tough since lighting in the area is not very good but again this isn't their fault. Its just something you need to be aware of if you arrive at night.

The front desk hostess was very very helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. Location was perfect since it was only a 5 minute drive to all the mansions we wanted to see.
