Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesCleanliness wasn't great. The floors were just Sandy coming up through the flooring like fine dust everywhere. But it's the beach. Elevator waits for long. And the pool closed early. I also didn't expect to get pressured for a timeshare pitch

The man at the check deck was very nice when I got there. Something was wrong with my TV they did send someone to fix it..that was nice. The best time I had there was August 30th 1997...rooms need to be updated..BADLY.

United StatesThe bathroom shower door had mold on it, cleaning staff came right away to clean. The lobby and entry to boardwalk was tired looking along with the pool. They add a resort fee for the pool and arcade, which we never used.
We had a corner suite, great views. Had a small kitchen, which came in handy. Close to Steel Pier and many casinos.

United StatesWe arrived earlier than expected and were hoping we would be able to check in early. Although we weren't able to, the staff were very helpful and guided us through a pre-check-in. This made it easier for us when check-in time arrived. The elevator was an issue during our check-out. We must have been waiting for 10-15 minutes before we decided to just take the stairs instead.
We stayed in room 804, which had an incredible view of the ocean and boardwalk. The room was very clean and even had a microwave and mini-stove top, which was a first for us in Atlantic City. The room was very clean and a lot of our go-to amenities were within walking distance.

United StatesThe pull out bed couch, it was awful. Also the elevators should be for quest only. The staff used the same elevators and their equipment. During the day especially during check out the quest can’t get an elevator due to them being filled by the staff. It took us 50 minutes waiting for an elevator that we could get in on the morning to check out. Due to elevators full with staff and equipment. Finally I just told the staff to squeeze in and that we were getting on to get to check out since it had to be by 11:00 and had waited 50 minutes already. Stairs were not an option for us with children,suitcases,etc. and we were on the seventh floor.
Great view. Room very nice and we enjoyed the room however couch not at all good. Uncomfortable for sitting and terrible for sleeping as it is a pull out bed. No one should have to sleep on that. That couch was the worst.
