When we got to our room, there was a very large fly who had apparently been trapped in, the toilet was running and we discovered the handle was a bit janky, plus the shower handle was very loose and difficult to use; also, we set the A/C so that when we returned to the room it would be cool, but the A/C thermostat was broken bc it was super hot when we got back. We had to open the window. And there was a very bright light on the buildings across their lawn that shone directly into the room; so just several annoying things that could have used attention before we arrived. I don't think the staff was much interested in keeping the hotel well maintained beyond keeping it clean. Obviously the ladies doing the cleaning were awesome and kept it immaculate.. front desk clerk seemed a bit disconnected from his work, and inexperienced, and who knows about the maintenance, apparently pretty uninterested though. The pool was quite buggy and didn't receive much attention it seemed, nor the pool area in general; the pool is outdoor and needed a heater, even in the summer it was very cold; the hot tub was obviously inoperative and you had to get towels from the front desk.

The pool was ok and we had fun swimming in it, and rescuing bugs. The room was clean. It was a good cost for the location. Half the price for two nights than the resort with a discount. Not a bad walk to the lake, and even downtown. The front desk clerk was kind, and did provide what was needed and requested. He suggested some dining and gave directions, made sure we had a cot after requested and sheets/blankets for it. The room was clean. And provided a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom is a decent size and had enough counter space for what we needed. It has a full sized mirror outside the bathroom, but a bit of a fun house mirror, don't judge your shape by its image.

I hope they have more variety of food for breakfast. But all in all, it was a good place to stay.

I like how convenient it is to the nearby restaurants and grocery store. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

The bathroom door extremely hard to shut and needs to be removed and cut down as it drags on the carpet. No screens on the upstairs bedroom windows, which I didn’t like that .

The carpet on stairs and upper floor walkway was ripped with big chunks sticking out. Tripping hazard. Carpet in the room was stained and sticky. TV remote did not work, had to wait for help as they was only one person working the desk. They really should have two people during the day.

Room was spacious. I love that the windows could be opened, prefer fresh air. Perfect location, not too close to downtown so not bothered by noise and traffic, but close enough to walk. Also close enough to National Park entrances so I was able to get there in a short time.

The room was clean. The exterior needs some refurbishing. Breakfast was adequate but a little crowded.

The hotel could use some repairs and upgrades to the outside of the hotel. The torn carpet flooring should probably just be pulled up to help give it a less run down look. The bed was supposed to be queen but it felt more like a double but at least it was comfortable even with what we called tiny pillows.

The room was clean and provided the usual hotel room essentials. It's located close to all attractions and local businesses. The breakfast was good for a quick bite. We didn't really see staff except for check in and didn't see anyone behind the desk after that and a few cleaning ladies around but they were friendly.

Our TV would not come on, so we called the front desk, and they sent the maintenance guy, and he got it fixed. The room was pretty small and cramped. It is an old motel and it's obvious they have maintained it as well as possible. They were some updates in the room. Shower had been tiled, but was very small. It is overpriced for an older hotel and such a small room, but all hotels in Estes Park are overpriced because it's a tourist town.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. It was pretty quiet at night.

Overpriced Tub would not drain. Had to contact management to have maintenance fix the problem. The shower curtains had mildew on the bottom.
