The steps into the pool are great for kids. Easy beach access. Good amount of space for a family. Staff was quick to get something if you needed. They send you texts about the days and what’s going on! They had a bonfire of smores

Staff was rude. Deposit was required when we got there (25year) of staying. Coffee Maker in room did not work only 1 elevator worked. A/c in living area so noise you could not hear TV Pool dirty. No towels at pool.

The hotel is obviously old and hasn’t been kept up in the best way. It needs a good deep clean. My room also smelled heavily of marijuana when I checked in. The bed was hard.

Great value, close to the beach, pool is a decent size. The bartender at the tiki bar was phenomenal. The AC in the rooms worked great.

The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the internet. For my entire stay the internet was intermittent and when it was attached it was too slow to be effective.

We liked being right on the beach. The staff in the lobby and maid service was amazing. Our only complaints were the parking is awful especially for someone with 2 replacement knees and a bad back. Then our toilet kept messing up but we dealt with it. Othe than that the beds need an update bad. They were so uncomfortable I slept on the couch one night. I feel if yall fix up these things. The parking, the extra elevator and such it's a great place. Just needs those things done.

Did not get the room with a kitchen like we reserved. One of the elevators did not work, The jets in the scuzzy did not work. No umbrellas at the pool. Not enough parking spots at the condo. Had to park across the street and walk over to the condo. No coffee the first morning in the lobby area. Road construction right in front of the condo.

The Tiki Hut bar was good. Beach area was great. Had beach towels at the pool. Bed slept good.

Room was dirty (there was even a juice container still sitting on the table) one elevator was broken so it would take forever to use the other which also had issues of jerking really hard between floors. hot tub didn’t work and the handicap accessible seats for the pool and hot tub were broken. Trash around the premises. Pool was dirty. The 1st picture below is the trash we swept up when we got onto the room. The others are of the broken handicap accessible seats for the pool and hot tub.

Location and Cornelius was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I have a handicap daughter and he was so helpful in getting us an extra luggage rack and getting them into the elevator.
