How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We got in late. Didn't have enough time to enjoy the accommodations.
Hotel was super clean and affordable, staff was great, typical free hotel breakfast.

Their hot Breakfast was a little below par from what we are accustomed to at similar hotels. The biscuits were cold as if they weren't heated at all. The two options were scrambled eggs and link sausage. We didn't try the link sausage. It looked disgusting. I don't know how it was cooked, but it was gray. It looked as if it was just poured into the warmer to heat. A lot of the other guests seemed to have a similar reaction. They would open it up and shut it back and go get packaged food. Thank goodness they had some continental breakfast options.
The room was clean. Convenient location to the interstate. We stayed one night while passing through to our destination.

No restaurant and none within walking distance.

breakfast was ok. not a lot of option. Would like to see more option fgorexample: oatmeal, salad or more fresh fruits with yogurth. Mini fridge does not have freezer. Would have like to recharge my ice packs.

Television viewing had issues with new software.

Facility was clean, staff was great! Felt there could have been more help at the front desk. It was a busy weekend and there should be more then one person, if they need to leave the front desk, some one should be there for check ins. Not the fault of front desk employee. Only other downfall was we were unable to use pool area. Disappointment to many of the kids that were there and we found out at check in no pool. All in all, clean and a nice stay. Breakfast was nice, tho didn't seem to be refilled, had to ask, again staffing just seemed to be short.

Service and room and overall was more than twice as good as 5 different hotels I stayed at in July, all in the same price range. I did get about $27 discount from Booking.com, but from now on, will gladly pay $27 for about $200 more in a quality stay!

Paid about 40 dollars more than I wanted to but honestly, the above and beyond customer service made me understand the price.
Friendly staff, easy check in, clean room, well lit for safety, cameras in parking lot, thoughtful little store with snacks and essentials at the front desk. Pool open later than most. Little bar right in the hotel lobby for a nightcap.

Only one VERY young man on duty. There were some problems and a party of softball sponsors getting drunk and loud in the lobby, and that kid handled it all, but he shouldn’t have had to!

These weren't enough to ruin the stay at all, but just some minor feedback. Breakfast was pretty picked over within 15 minutes of the posted starting time. Garbage cans outside were full. Housekeeping tried to vacate us quite early, though to be fair we did not have a sign on our door.
Pretty standard hotel accommodations. The room was nice, quiet, hallway noise was minimal.

I am having a problem with the billing. I was charged for the room at $119. My sister and I were going to split the cost, since I was charged an additional $63.54. My sister was not changed at all. I am okay with paying the $119. But I need a refund of $63.54. I am having a hard time finding the person who can help me.

The carpet in our room was frayed and worn, but otherwise clean.
