Our first stay we stayed in a even room number. No traffic noise. 2nd stay was in an odd number room. You could hear the traffic. Need more sound proofing on that side of the building.

I would recommend putting in soft close toilet lids, towel racks and pull the bathroom sink faucets away from the wall. At least the room I had, 218, had faucets so far back it was hard to use the sink.

This facility was very clean and presented well. The location was very convenient.

Hard to figure out where the exact location is. Breakfast area very cramped. TV wouldn't work.

The shower was difficult to work, drained very slowly and was clean, but had a yellowish stain on the bottom of the tub. That was our only challenge.

Very comfortable beds. Nice size room. A very adequate breakfast absolutely lovely staff and quick and courteous check-in and check out.

That my reservation was downgraded from a King to two Queens. The desk clerk told me they were sold out which is absurd when you have a confirmed reservation. The manager, who was very nice, told me the next day that they had a major plumbing problem and they had to close many rooms which is why I was moved. Additionally, the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared that it hadn't worked in some time because it was bone dry. The manager was kind enough to refund $50 for the inconvenience. All that said, I'll likely stay there again in the future.

The room was very retro and for some reason it made me think of The Jetson's. :) It also seemed very clean and I love that they don't allow pets. The location made for easy on and easy off of major highways which was great for a one night stay.

The location is a bit far away from downtown, i mean if you have a car, that's not a problem. The cleaness is average. I found a small bug in a pillow. The door card was invalid several times so i have to change it at the counter .

My stay was during inclement weather, I arrived about 20 minutes before check-in time. Instead of letting me check-in a few minutes earlier, I had to go sit in my car for 20 minutes. And I even asked the clerk if they had a rest room I could use, he gave me a flat out no. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff not so good

The staff was extremely friendly upon check-in and check out. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

A lot of people slammed their doors throughout the day and evening. It might be a good idea to install door closers to reduce the sound. There was no full length mirror which is helpful when you dress for an occasion. Keep up the great work with the cleaning and maintenance!!!

I was very pleased with how clean the facility was. The amenities were very basic but clean and in good condition. The staff was very pleasant. I did not check out anything except the room and breakfast. Because the hotel is in close proximity to two highways, you can hear highway sounds at night, but it did not keep me up. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast area was very small and crowded. No coffee/hot water when we arrived but it was replaced after bringing it to the attention of the staff.

Simple clean room. Nothing fancy, but did the trick for a one night stay.
