I could smell cigarette smoke from the balcony next to me.

The staff was great. The room was quiet, clean and had a great view.

Not happy about having to pay for parking, given how much we paid for the room. I've seen the replies to other reviews stating that the parking fee is listed on all of their platforms, but I had to search for it after checking out. Its also no fun when the main parking lot is full and you have to park offsite and drag all your luggage. I've stayed other places on the boardwalk and never had to pay for parking so that was a little discouraging. Thankfully we only stayed 3 nights. Overall, it's a good hotel, I just would have chosen somewhere else had the parking issue been made clearer. And ive read that it only started this season, so I would hope they'd understand everyone's frustration. Some minor updates are also needed, as the fan in our bathroom didn't work, only made an awful noise when you flipped the switch.

Love that it's on the boardwalk and literally steps away from the beach! Also love the proximity to one of my favorite restaurants on the boardwalk. Staff is fantastic.

They are advertised as queen beds. They are NOT queens they are full/double beds which was upsetting. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Also should not have to pay for parking.

Downside of the stay was the shower being a little on the smaller side and that we could hear everything the neighbors were up to, if you catch my drift.

We enjoyed our stay at the Americana. We decided last minute to have a small couples getaway and it was a quick and easy process. We were able to Check-In early, which was a plus after a 6 hour drive, and our room was bigger than expected.

The parking is a bit of a hassle if it’s busy. They have two separate lots and the one is a bit of a walk but not too bad.

The property is right next to the beach and we had a nice view of the ocean!

They do not have adequate parking in their main lot. Expect you to pay $10 a night for parking and have to park a block away. Mold in bathroom drop ceiling tile above shower.

Great location, for the price, I have no complaints. Room was clean and comfortable, great view, oceanfront on the boardwalk at 10th St. Indoor pool was clean although we never used it. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Paying for parking, limited spots at hotel & had 2 use overflow, on next block bk from hotel. Pool dated & not really heated, Can't check in til after 4 pm, hard with 9 yr old nephew. 1 elevator was kinda sketchy ()there r 2). Tub/shower a bit dated. Patio (plastic chair) was cracked in the seat. A bit dim lighting, hard 2 see at times, especially if closed balcony curtain. Also, I was upset when I called the day b4 our 4 night stay 2 see about police for natural disaster, hurricane had just gone through. We kept hearing rumors of evacuation, the desk clerk was un sympathetic & almost uncaring when she informed me it was beyond their control & nothing they could to compensate if they had 2 evacuate.

Very large room size, counter space near sink/microwave made it so easy for making meals for my family of 4, mini fridge also has a separate freezer area on top (like a mini version of a full size fridge/freezer), roo.s not as dated as rest of property, daughter love special super soft face/make-up wash cloths. Booked 2 room & actually near each other. Last time at a different hotel, we were on completely separate floors. Rooms better than the dated rest of hotel, pleasant surprise...kinda worried when we 1st got there. Rooms very large.
