The fabrese they used to freshen the room was overpowering. I had to open the window and slider to help get the smell out. It was farther from town than I realized. Long distance in 90° weather.

It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The river was lovely to look at. I was on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast was inedible fast food/industrial. The pool was so small as to be unusable. A screen on the sliding door is obviously needed instead of a sign admonishing to keep it closed to prevent moths. How silly in a beautiful place with cool summer nights. No one wants to keep the door closed.

Very clean everywhere, quick helpful staff, soft comfortable bed, good shower. Decent wifi. Balcony and view were lovely.

The rooms could be updated, and the dirt on the walls wiped off. Also, the outside walkway had ice cream and bits of thread. It didn't get cleaned over the two days we stayed.

We loved having the balcony and the river view! The location is very close to town (walking distance). The unheated pool was refreshing. Our receptionist (Chelsea) was great!

We had wasps on our patio but the maintenance guy did his best to spray the nest. I appreciate that they were responsive to our wasp issue, and working around the ongoing hotel renovations for our privacy.

It's a little dated in the rooms so you shouldn't expect luxury or want to spend a lot of time in your room. Breakfast is continental style with limited choices. I wouldn't plan on having breakfast there if you have specific expectations.

It is perfect for feeling like you are in the forest when you are really in town. The rooms and hotel fit in with that feeling. The staff is friendly and wants you to be happy and comfortable.

Location and breakfast! Sheets and towels were very clean and nice for the price. We were there for a gravel bike race and location was so close to the race. Also it’s right next to the river and your own private balcony ☺️

The room was not clean. There was dust , a pair of socks, and packaging from a pair of earrings under the bed, clearly the area under the bed had not been cleaned. One of the patio chairs had a big clump of long hair hanging on it, it looked like someone had cleaned out their hairbrush out there, it was clear that this area had also not been cleaned. There were wasps flying around the patio, it seemed that there was a nest nearby. The hot tub onsite was out of order. The outdoor pool was not heated. The weather that day was lovely, but the water in the pool was freezing; way too cold to swim. The room was $300 for one night. For that price, the room and patio should be clean.

The view of the river was incredible! I was allowed to check in early, which was very helpful. The breakfast was convenient.

We specifically chose this place because it had a pool and hot tub. Both were not open/working when we were there which was disappointing. It might be early for the pool but it said the hot tub was year round. I guess it was broken but I wish we could have been alerted about this earlier.

The view from the rooms was really nice and there's a balcony to sit and listen to the river. It's a very short walk to town which is great because parking in town can get expensive. The staff was lovely.

Pool and Jacuzzi water was well below normal levels so did not use this time.

Rooms have been consistently clean, comfortable during several stays through the last 20 years. Rooms updated in the last few years. On the river, outside downtown but extremely close.

The room was in need of some updates. The room had a very poient smell, as if someone spilled aftershave everywhere, I had to leave both doors open to air it out.

The view was amazing, and the location was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice, considering I locked myself out of my room in the first 10 minutes after arriving.
