How early they close the lake to swim

The location right by the lake. The access you get to all other resorts along with the zoo and Land of Natura. You also can have your own fire with the purchase of wood.

The rooms are outdated and cramped. Red carpets in the bedrooms have to go.

The location is terrific and the view is great. I was impressed with the pools. The kids loved the beach and the inflatables. The staff are amazing!

Really the only thing was it was too short

It was pretty awesome. My friend who took me there had alit of experience in Wisconsin and wants too move out there really liked the stay. We'll definitely come back and stay again, hopefully really soon.

Does not have a breakfast bar or continental breakfast.

Good location as it was off the main roads so it is a little bit quieter. Decent sized room. The a/c was cold, so it was nicer when it became hotter outside. Close to main attractions. Loved the tickets included for the zoo with the stay. Good sized pools

I loved how quiet and not busy this resort was. It was nice to be in the dells without the loud noise from a busy city like downtown or the bigger hotels. I loved getting the free tickets to the zoo. Having all inclusive to all the natura places is awesome also.

Unfortunately, the beds were very creaky, and with a couple family members that move in their sleep, it was difficult to drop off.

The location and amenities were second to none. We loved our stay.

It is dated. The beds are very firm and squeaky. The toilet didn’t flush - maintenance did fix the issue quickly! The door to outside had a handle that must have been broken it was very difficult to open to get in/out. While the balcony view is lovely, the air conditioning vent takes up the entire wall and blows hot air at you as you sit outside. The walls are thin. We could hear the “neighbors” baby crying when we were trying to sleep.

The beach and outdoor/indoor pool was lovely. There is fine clean sand and beach chairs and the lake was clean and warm! We loved our time at the beach! The kayaks were super fun to take out. The inflatables on the lake were a blast! It is walking distance to nice restaurant - Lake House. Good food and live music!

The rooms are outdated and there are things that needed to be fixed (knob on bathroom door was falling off, the door to the balcony was stuck and was difficult to open). In addition, it was barely tolerable swimming in the indoor pool. My family's eyes burned every time we went in the space because of the enormous amount of chemicals that were used. The beds were awful and I woke up stiff every morning due to the hardness of the bed.

I enjoyed that we got to go to Land of Natura which was included in the room stay. The hotel was in a good location and close to the places we wanted to go. I went with extended family and they put us on the same floor in rooms all next to each other, so we appreciated that!

Comfortable beds. Lovely view of Lake Delton. Close to restaurants and activities. We have stayed several times and always come back here when visiting the Dells. Land of Natura was a nice place to visit for the day and always enjoy Timbavati Wildlife Park.

The check process is long. Our phone does not have a QR code reader, so we could not sign the waiver form. We were not notified that our room was ready until 5pm. Most hotels will clean the specific rooms for the guests that are checking in and notify them right away when their room is ready. At this hotel they wait unit all of the rooms are done to send out a message the room is ready.

The pool was a good temperature. The rooms in the Tiki section were nice and recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable. Nice beach and hotel location on Lake Delton.

Whoever had the room before us put food or something down the sink. It was rotten and smelled like something died in there. The staff were apologetic and gave us a new room. Also the booking stated there were 5 pools. Actually there are 2 (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) and a pond with small floating obstacle course, but you can drive to their other properties to access the others.

The best part was the affiliate program with the other Natura properties. We loved the Natura water park. The staff was very nice.

Day attendant did not speak clear English on arrival..hard to follow instructions. Facility needs to provide breakfast venue and would be considered excellent.

Your front counter check in staff was hard to understand and spoke very quietly. It took a long time to check in because of this issue. I also had reserved to rooms and I wanted to pay for one and my family was going to pay for the other one and your check in associate said I couldn't do that I had to pay for both even though the other part of my family had not arrived to check in. They didn't know what they were doing. Your staff needs better training and learn to speak up and understand english. When I said something they just nodded their head yes. They didn't understand. This was frustrating.

Hoping they eventually redo all of the decking, rooms in the motel and add a few more apartment type options. Otherwise great location, amenities and outdoor areas!

We loved the sand beach, the playground right there to keep the kids busy and free kayaks!
