When I first arrived they gave me the wrong room. I paid for a city view, and they stuck me in a smaller room. The manager Alex was able to switch me.

There was no radio alarm clock in my room. I had to call for a small refrigerator.

I didn’t have any breakfast during my stay there. The room was small but comfortable.

The only things we noticed were that we had to keep asking for toilet paper. We were there for 6 days and housekeeping didn’t replace it when cleaning the room, we had to call down every couple days.

The location was perfect with access to multiple subway routes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. We saw some reviews that the rooms were a bit small but we felt it was perfect for the 2 of us.

Airco makes a lot of noice. Earplugs were available at the reception. Floor not vacuumcleaned every day. Safe gave some issues, but handyman was there quickly.

Air condition was off in the whole building for a day during a hot weather. Happy they fixed it before the night.

The air con and background noise is a bit high - but hey, it’s New York! The breakfast options weren’t available on our stay but there are plenty of alternative cafes nearby.

Our 2nd stay here and again very useful for the location and cool vibe of the hotel. Staff super friendly.

However, I do think there’s room for improvement in the lobby area. It would be great to have more variety in available products — especially basic refreshments like beers or snacks. Also, the bar was always closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a wonderful place with great service and an ideal location. With just a bit more attention to the guest experience in the common areas, it could be perfect.

The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable — close to everything you might need and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Not a huge deal but there was no mini fridge. Bathroom was a bit small but was expecting this.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage there when I arrived before check-in time. Close to a couple subway stations, very quiet at night, AC worked.

The room was small (yes, I realize it's NYC). The view horrible. (had to keep the drapes closed). The door would not shut without a strong pull/push to confirm it was locked behind you.

Great location in lower Manhattan. The room was small but offered queen sized bed and free coffee in the morning. The price was decent (perhaps since it was July 4th weekend)

The bathroom door was not working properly - I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but I was not able to close it when I was using the bathroom and showering. The AC was also kinda loud, and the room felt a little small for two people.

The location was good - close to subways and also the attractions in downtown. The bed was also clean and comfy. The shampoo and conditioner were also great - My scalp is super sensitive so I only use certain brands to wash my hair, but I found the shampoo and conditioner in the hotel were even better than my own ( I ended up purchasing the same brand online haha).

Sometimes you just wanna keep your own drinks cold — like grabbing a beer outside and enjoying it while watching a movie in your room. But nope, no chance. Very interesting choice for a hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, easy access to everywhere. The hotel has an easygoing vibe, felt like staying somewhere I already know — very comfortable atmosphere.
