The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and made sure things were in order even with a early check in request. Lots of shopping and such within walking distance.

I was asked did I want my room to be serviced and I agreed and the room attendant came and I asked her to come back in 15 minutes and she never came back. That was upsetting.

Location was perfect close to shopping and dining, couldn’t ask for a better location. Time by the pool was relaxing and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff I engaged with were very friendly.

Location. Really pet friendly. A lot of pilots, plane attendants, & international travelers stay here. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet.

There was a smart tv but did not allow for any of the apps such as Netflix, YouTube etc to work. Could only watch their regular channels. Also the adjacent rooms has no sound proof. Can hear everything someone says. Also no free breakfast

Being that hotels aren't putting microwave ovens in the rooms anymore, the least they can do is keep the ones in the common area clean. This Aloft had two microwave ovens that were very cute. They were aqua in color and looked retro. They both were as nasty as they were cute. Dried food was splattered everywhere on the inside. One was a tad less dirty than the other but both needed a very deep cleaning. When I mentioned to the man on duty (white, chubby, short) that both microwaves were in need of cleaning he at first just looked at me. When I kept looking at him, expecting some type of reply, he finally uttered "I will tell the manager."

The women who worked the front desk were very personable. The young lady that cleaned our room was friendly and polite. The room was neat and clean. The bartender, Linda, was very entertaining. The pool patio was nice. The location is excellent. The hotel is surrounded by several good restaurants, some within walking distance. A shopping center is also nearby.

Closing of the pool area for just sitting outside. Capers in the lobby area was not vacuumed Saturday night. Chairs on the long table were left upside down on top of the table all day on Sunday. Disgusting microwaves in the lobby! The staff person at the desk on Sunday night! He was short ( not talking about his height) and rude… no personality like other staffers!

Location, vibe and our lift was great. The two bartenders we experienced on Saturday and Sunday were great!

Rooms were run down and needed maintenance. Outlets below the nightstands were hard to see and reach. Had to get on my knees and use my phone light.

Traffic in the area was insane. I could hear people blaring music and fighting in the adjacent parking lot outside at all hours of the night. Had a minor issue with the AC, but it was able to get fixed very easily.

They allow dogs, lots of hot water, and the water pressure was strong enough for a thorough hair wash. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, which I prefer to a bathtub. Pillows and bed were super fluffy and comfortable. staff was friendly and pleasant.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. I didn’t like that you had to pay extra for breakfast especially since the room is already a lot for what you got. The front desk people were very nice.

No hanging cart to take in our cloths. We are traveling and had hanging suits dresses etc. only the wheel barrel style luggage carts. No real breakfast. Bought some expensive yogurt. Arrived at night. Room was dark, only reading lights that gave no general illumination. Hard to see in suitcases etc.
