There was a lot of rust on the bathroom fixtures, which made placing a went towel anywhere a bit tricky. We placed the " do not disturb sign" and while we were out someone had still come in to tidy up the room.

Room size was good, private balcony was a nice touch . For the most part it was a quiet area, other than the upstairs neighbor rolling something or moving furniture at all hours. So maybe try to get an upper floor room.

The hotel is right next to Acadia National Park. Very near the Bar Harbor twon center. We find many great restaurants in Bar Harbor. We had our great lobster meal there. Very relaxing place.

There was a mouse in our room the last day and none of the staff members seemed to care. You should care if there is a MOUSE in the room of your guests. I even spoke to the manager and he just said thanks for letting us know. Also, the bed was made but the sink clearly was not cleaned for our stay as there was spit marks all over. With the bus system they tell you about at the desk, none of the staff seemed to know how it works or where to get picked up or dropped off but they tell you it's convenient to use since parking downtown is so tricky. Would've been nice to know how to use it.

I like the location to downtown Bar Harbor, the mountain views, and the pool area. One of the few hotels with quick breakfast is nice and convenient too. Super close to Acadia National Park!

The makeup wipe provided by the hotel caused a major allergic reaction on my face which was a major bummer on the first day of vacation.

There were no TV instructions ,dining suggestions, laundry bags tables of any kind inside or out. We thought it was quite pricey. People upstairs were loud.

Bathroom was updated cosmetically but the shower head was an old camp shower and had plumbing tape on it because someone tried to twist it like it was an adjustable one lol Our room could have used a place to hang clothes (like a wardrobe or closet), also, vs just a dresser.

Super cute hotel that was very clean and comfortable. Pool and surrounding deck area was very nice. Beautiful view from the hotel. Breakfast offerings were light, but just what we wanted. Very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Glad to have air conditioning.

Room was incredibly small. No place for two suitcases. No place to hang anything. Staff could not help situation.

They gave us a room close to the office even though there was not a second story above us there apparently was on above the office. Late night you could hear someone walking back and forth even with TV on. There is many other rooms that are further away that I am guessing would not have the same issue. We did have a slight issue with stain on the pillow case when we first checked in. I told the person at the desk and they did come and replaced it.

Bigger updated bathroom and better kitchen facility To serve. We washed own plastic dishes and bowls after we use. Especially, they didn’t put us in the same building and 2 rooms were on the 2nd floor with stairs to climb for 78 old man with knee problem.after complain,they moved to ground floor. We were not happy there.

All cold foods from the refrigerator. Coffee maker was very minimum and small , we had to wait to make the 2nd one in aluminum pot. Bathroom was so small and the sink was so out dated. We thought it is motel rather than hotel.

Some table space would have been nice. We were 4 people in the room. We dint have a lot of table space to put stuff on. An extra trash can in the living space would have been nice. We had one in the bathroom. So it wasn't really bad. These are not big deal issues. Just a few things that we felt could have improved our experience. I would still book at this location and recommend it.

Heated swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. The room was spacious with two beds.
