Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe continental breakfast selections were a bit limited, one of the bath towels in my room smelled stale and had makeup on it. The parking lot is convenient but if you arrive late at night, the elevator isn't available and you have to walk five flights of stairs alone - not the worst thing but also not a great option - just a bit of a personal safety concern.
The hotel is well located to San Jose transport and attractions, the room was quiet and comfortable. There was laundry facilities on the floor along with filtered water available - nice touch.

United KingdomThe parking was advertised on the site at 25 dollars a day but was actually 30 dollars when we arrived. Not a massive problem but feel the listing on booking.com should reflect the change.
Room was very clean and a good size. Water and ice facilities on our floor were super handy and so was the fridge in the room. Had little interaction with hotel staff bar checking in, cleaning staff were lovely and accommodating!

United StatesThere is a breakfast there, but the price is not worth it. It’s a basic breakfast bar and they may or may not have eggs on toast.
This is a very convenient and nice place to stay. We were in town for a Sharks game, and this hotel had easy access, easy parking, and is a very short walk to the arena. Heated pool was nice and the hours are very nice. The rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable.

Check in was fast, parking was close by, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were quality. There was a bar downstairs. Within walking distance to SAP. A lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Felt safe.
