When we arrived the house looked clean. But once we started unpacking and cooking we noticed that it had not been cleaned. We found trash under the beds and the kitchen wasn't swept. Also, dishes and pans were put away but they were dirty.

We loved the location. It was very roomy. Loved the theater room, we enjoyed having a movie night during our vacation.

They did not have a Jacuzzi on the balcony. But that is my fault because I assumed that they would have one because every cabin that I book always have one. Other than not having a Jacuzzi, everything was perfect…. They did have two Jacuzzi bathtubs those were nice. I also didn’t like that I could not get an early check-in approved… so whenever I plan to get there at 4:00 PM, they text me whenever it was too late ( around 3pm) and told me I can check in early now. But it’s literally too late because I didn’t arrive until 4 o’clock since we was denied early check-in..

The cabin was really nice. It was very beautiful and clean.

There were some very moderate things that were wrong with our stay, firstly the down stairs bathtub had dirt and grime on the bottom of it. The dishes all had rust on the from the dishwasher, and the upstairs window started leaking during a storm, but the cabin owners were quick to get someone out to repair the window. The power went out several times due to storms for several hours and for the hole day on our last day their.

The property itself was great, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the cabin as we where out most of time doing things on the town.

The stairs were scary, and the pool table is in a really bad shape. The fridge did chill properly toilet has a broken handle counter tops leaned back, and the decks have rotten wood. Seemed unsafe! The beds could use a foam topper for more comfort.

The cabin was supposed to have a hot tub, but it was removed in 2020, but still said it had it when we booked it. The first morning we woke up to make breakfast, cockroachs came out of outlets, walls, and were crawling on the counters and floors. We couldn't get ahold of anyone for over 24hours. Then we were insulted by them offering to us 194 Dollars back. We paid nearly 1,800 dollars for the stay. They finally relocated us to a different cabin. That cabin was very good, however that location was not as secluded as we wanted. I didn't feel as though moving us to a different cabin was proper compensation for us, we should have gotten back at the bare minimum, half of our money back. Although moving to a different cabin was something that should have happened, it wasn't what we asked for. The new cabin was nice but did not meet all of the criteria of what we wanted when we booked our cabin. So we still don't believe that we were properly compensated. We will never book a stay at a vacasa property again.

The house was beautiful. Inside was clean and cozy. Outside of the house windows could use a cleaning but the overall stay was amazing.

The back porches could have been cleaned off.. animal feces were found on the downstairs balcony. The grill looked unusable. But we didn't go out much despite that.

It was spacious and very comfortable. There were plenty of places to spread out and enjoy and also to cook with. All in all I would def stay again.

There’s nothing bad to say. The pool table was a bit rough, but that’s typical in most places I’ve stayed.

The movie theater was a lifesaver. It kept the kids entertained during all the rain. The beds were super comfortable. I had the best nights sleep.

It was not clean, found bugs, dirty shower curtains, and walls. Lots of dust. There was a fee included for cleaning, but it didn't look like it was cleaned recently. When we contacted someone about the issues, we sent pictures, and they opened a ticket, but we never heard back.
