Pros: The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. The apartment is right next to a bus stop, which made transportation easy. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. The beds were comfortable, and there's a washing machine and dryer for laundry. Cons: There was a gnat infestation in the bathroom. It seems there's not much insulation between the main floor and the basement, so we heard people walking around all the time. At some points it seemed like there were small children running around and screaming.

The things I did not like were very fixable but there were a handful and I found that irresponsible. No lightbulbs in 2 lamps, no curtain in one of the windows, the 2 clocks did not work, the tv had vertical lines going thru it, there were cobwebs hanging over the bed and there were no top sheets on 2 of the beds. I also did not like finding earplugs on every bed. We did not need to use them but I certainly was leery seeing them on arrival on each bed.

Beds were very comfortable, location was great.

Cons - The property does not have a parking space and you will have to park on the street, which has very weird hours. There were several large bags of trash noticed upon taking the stairs to the property that perhaps could have been removed. This certainly attracted gnats and flies that tried to gain entry everytime the door opened. The sewage smell in the bathroom was horrendous to the point it made my son ill. I did inform the management team and it was promptly handled because when we returned it was less noticeable. This is a basement unit and the whole property had an unpleasant smell and lacked real ventilation. The bathroom overall could use an upgrade. You can hear a lot of walking and running upstairs. I did notice ear plugs in the closet. Towels were provided, but left in the dryer instead of being folded and placed somewhere visible.

Pros - it’s a super cute property! loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and bus stop. Two bedrooms make it ideal for families. There is cutlery and dishes available, which makes it easy to eat at the property if you don’t feel like eating out. Loved the keyless entry feature. The property management team responds quickly and are pleasant.

I did not like the fact that the room was not ready when I arrived.

there a smell a bad in the whole apartment, room was not cleaned when I came in, I have to wait outside waiting for room to be cleaned, there noise above the bedroom, there small ants everywhere, bugs, they promised me parking when I arrived parking was an issued.

We had huge Ants Invasion all over the the rental. We send photos to the company, they never replied. We came with a toddler (2 years old), and it was extremely dangerous for him.The owner of the property knew the condition,but didn’t care.We should get our total amount of $907.30 back. !!!!!

Very Clean, Comfortable, close to the beach

There were a bunch of little fruit flies all over the apartment. The bathroom wasn’t as clean and frankly the amenities left a lot to be desired for. There was no cork screw, only three drinking glasses, no cutting boards or knives or utensils to cook with. Just bare, bare minimum. No special touches to make us feel welcome. Also please note this is a basement apartment with small windows and no screens. So no way to let fresh air in, without also inviting bugs and mosquitos. Super noisy neighbors above, kids running around early morning and piano being played. The mattress was not very comfortable and overall just OK. I would have expected more for what we paid, especially since it’s November and off season.

A few things to note: the bathroom had a noticeable sewage smell and quite a few drain flies. One of the bed legs came off during the night (we found a bolt nearby, so it may have just come loose). Also, the AC struggled to keep the bedrooms cool, especially at night. I also didn’t love that the property manager reached out to ask how everything was, and when I expressed the inconvenience, they said they’d reach back out to me the following day. That was 3 days ago.

The apartment was cute and in a very convenient location
