One small note: the shower takes a minute or two to warm up before the hot water runs consistently, but after that it works well.

We stayed for a total of three nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location. The staff were attentive and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The real highlight was the restaurant and bar. Both offered great food, good variety, and excellent service - a big plus to have such a reliable option right on site. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again.

This is a good high end city hotel, set in its own grounds, with a pool and all the other amenities you would expect. The room was very comfortable, there was an excellent breakfast. The hotel is well located in a nice part of town and close to the center of the city

I’m staying in hotel almost 10 times. Never received any kind of good compliments.Like free buffet, or complimentary bar offer. Room is good for one person , never be offered to upgrade In reception to stay in large room.

I requested a quiet room, and in the evening faced an outside dinner with a band till about 10 30pm. The following day there were "renovations" in the next door room. Clearly staff take no notice of your requests and this was very disappointing.

The room was quite comfortable and a reasonable size. The bed was quite small but comfortable. While the hotel is a little out of town it is in a pleasant area and away from the chaos of town. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

The air-conditioning is overly strong, the room is a smaller than expected and the quality of the furniture is standard given the selected category and the rate paid.

Excellent quiet location, conveniently just across Convention centre, 30 min from the international airport. Good-sized rooms, bathrooms have bathtubs, pleasant pool view. Very good service from reception, housekeeping and bar / restaurant.

Very friendly hospitable staff, especially reception staff. Air-conditioned clean rooms, well designed for their size and a good comfortable mattress. Shower and bath had great water pressure and big flat screen TV with appropriate English news channels. Loved the storks in the tree tops and beautiful clean pool
