Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Hotel upgrades your room, it was “Sultan suit” with perfect vibe and Turkish traditional style (we are feel vibe old town and old Turkey). Smell at the hotel was good, and also staff were good. Breakfast was amazing.

AustraliaNo fault of the hotel, but you could hear music on Saturday night until about 4am, but you tend to get that on old towns - lucky we travel with earplugs so all good.
Excellent hotel in historical building in excellent location on the edge of the old town. Friendly helpful staff, AC, clean, good servicing. Would recommend

United StatesNothing negative about the place. Just FYI Drive to the place is a very narrow, so a smaller car is preferred.
Everything is good. Breakfast is perfect. The host was amazing. The actual owner/property manager came around, she gave us few suggestions for the trip that were exceptional.

IrelandThe thing that really did put a stain on our stay is the terrible smell of sewage in our room, at some point we just couldn't get in, I would say it's the price for the historical building. The fridge didn't work.
The hotel is located in an absolutely stunning place in the old town, the view from the breakfast room as much as the breakfast itself is worth the price and even more! The hotel has very atmospheric rooms and the building itself is quite nice. The little cafe downstairs just adds to the whole experience.

LuxembourgNo real complaints, however, it would be nice if they renovated the building (specially the bathrooms).
Duper charming unique building, a lovely boutique restaurant. The best location possible, and with private parking! The staff were super nice, and the breakfast was simply awesome (too generous, you had to beg them to bring you less things :) )

ItalyHave no idea, everything was really nice. Maybe the only negative thing (but did not bother us) is that it is in the middle of a very touristic area so there is some music going till late, but it is not so loud to be annoying.
A beautiful hotel in a great central position, with nice room and a great breakfast. The view from the top floor restaurant is breathtaking, the breakfast is so large we skipped lunch without any regret. Rooms are large and clean. The hotel has a very nice architecture and is right in the middle of the old city.

United StatesNothing but please note that most tour buses will not pick up from this hotel because it is in old town and will require steep climb (or stairs) to get to the bus/tram/metro accessible area. There is also a public elevator but usually there is a very long line ( about 30 min wait) and sometimes it breaks down. One suggestion for the hotel is add beach towels for guests use. We were not successful in finding laundry service but hotel helped us but was very expensive.
Perfect location. Amazing attentive staff. Excellent breakfast that is much better than many restaurants. Room nicely decorated feels authentic. Comfortable bed and AC is strong and fully controllable from the room. Great value if found at right price.

United KingdomIf you take a car, you need to drive up very a narrow street with a sharp turn to get to the parking yard. There are stalls on both sides and many pedestrians.
Reception staff was welcoming and helpful. There is private parking with secured gate. Location is within the Kaleici walls by the harbour, we received very clear instructions ahead of time on how to enter the old town with the car. Standout breakfast, served to you rather than help yourself style.

CanadaThe property is a little dated. The breakfast served to our table was a rather large Turkish breakfast but unfortunately too much for us to eat.
The property was in a lovely area. Tucked away and close to the port it was easy to access places and shopping areas. We were welcomed warmly and helped with our requests. The parking was right at the hotel which was convenient.

Saudi ArabiaNothing regarding the hotel itself.
Honestly i have mixed feelings. The place is very well maintained and the staff are exceptional very nice and attentive. The breakfast is delicious turkish breakfast. Perfect if you're staying for 3 or 4 days after that it will feel repetitive. The location is PERFECT for exploring the city which is why we booked the place. However, we couldn't enjoy the city because of the HOT weather!! Don't come during summer to Antalya it is HOT. Another thing is the beach: the picture of this little nice beach is not what you get. Its called Marmarli beach- entrance is with fee and it is PACKED!! your other option is the public beach which is 5 minutes away by car but it is crowded also. So don't come during summer- don't come if you care about beach- otherwise the hotel is perfect.

EstoniaI had a lovely stay at Adalya Port Hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping providing fresh towels almost every day. Each room has air conditioning, which was a big plus considering how warm it is during July. The bed was large and extremely comfortable - made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was another highlight—a wide selection of options to suit all tastes, and everything was fresh and nicely presented. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything needed. Despite being located in the heart of the old town and close to the port, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—just a short walk to plenty of restaurants, the beach, and main attractions. It’s a comfortable base for exploring the city on foot, with everything you need nearby. Overall, it’s a charming place with great service, comfort, and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

FinlandThe Turkish breakfast served at the table was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were very friendly. However, there’s a nightclub nearby, and on Thursday night it was quite noisy — both the music and the stray cats outside made it hard to sleep.

EstoniaAs a seasoned traveller, I’ve seen many hotels around the world, but this place in Antalya truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the guys at reception—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is spotless, with great attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. And oh, the breakfasts! A delicious spread with fresh, varied options that kept me excited to start each morning. What really made my stay special was the excellent service—everything ran smoothly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, great hospitality, and fantastic value, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

South KoreaThe cleanliness of the towels were questionable. One of the towel in my room had a brownish reddish stains on them, which grossed me out a bit. They helped me get a new one immediately though, once asked. But it happened a few times.
Umud and Aliet were very supportive and helpful. We absoluetly enjoyed the Turkish breakfast. The rooms were on a smaller, older side but the interior design and service were beyond expectations, which made this a very fond experience. In terms of the location, bigger taxi's weren't able to come in through the narrow streets so we had to carry our own luggages for about 100 meters when we first came (there was a lot, which was painful) but on the day we left, the hotel arranged a taxi pick up for us and this time, and they parked right in front of the front gate, which was amazing. Just make sure how much the fare is going to be by talking with the staff, because the driver could ask for a slightly higher price than the market norm.
