How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Nothing was bad
The property was cozy and near to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful Especially Walid, he was respectful and polite and helpful. No doubt I will visit Nardi again if I come to Turkey

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything about this hotel was simply amazing! My mum and sister stayed here during their trip to Istanbul, and they couldn’t have been happier. From the moment they arrived, the staff and reception team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything they needed. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, making their stay extra comfortable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience truly exceeded expectations – it was worth every penny! I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. A perfect place to stay if you want comfort, care, and an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is on a lively street, which adds to the atmosphere, but during peak hours, it can get a bit noisy. Some additional soundproofing could really enhance the guest experience.
I had a lovely time during my stay, everything was great! The cleanliness of the property and the level of service were truly impressive. All the staff members were incredibly kind and cooperative, especially Mr. Valide, who went above and beyond to assist me with several things throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be recommending this place to others as well!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is located right on Nişantaşı Street, which is ideal for shopping and dining. Velid was extremely friendly and helpful—his warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Facilities in the suits can improve a little. Although staff was kind to provide us with most of the what was missing in the suite. We did use the kitchen so it would’ve been helpful to have a few more utensils and kitchen equipments.
The location is perfect. Several excellent restaurants and shops are close by. Overlooking the park was wonderful as all suits have the park view.

But needs to be more cleaned, it was a little bit dirty we stayed there and they came after 3 days to clean,and I’m not recommending it for the cost

Very good rooms in a nice and central location. 24 hour desk coverage by knowledgeable people. Very friendly atmosphere. Good AC. Nice kitchen in the suite. Enough places to buy things and eat out. I will certainly stay there again.

Some of their furniture is a bit old/worn out
The property was quite boutique so it felt super homey but it was also very spacious and in the perfect location for shopping. I also loved the staff from the receptionists to the room service, everyone was super smiley all the time and down to help or have conversations. Staff treatment can really make or break a place and in the case it really made it for me!
