The room was a bit small- which we knew going in but after our 2nd night the size got to us. But you're paying for excellent water-front access, service, and location.

The view, location, and service were top tier and made our stay fantastic! Some things to note for those looking at this property: the hotel is well maintained, the service is great, drinks are nice. Their ocean access is down a long set of stairs but it is not a beach, there is a platform that has stairs to allow you access into the water while you lounge on their comfy chairs by the bar. This is weather-dependent as if it is too windy they will shut it down (which is greatly appreciated- safety over anything is crucial). Definitely have a car on hand so you can visit local beaches if that happens to you like it did us. Also, the view is AMAZING! While the hotels are close to one another the room has great sound protection so you aren't bothered by neighbors.

It was a dream holiday, everything was wonderful!

It was an unforgettable rest!! Cool hotel location, private beach and incredibly beautiful view! Friendly and welcoming staff, they helped us with check-in and without any problems allowed us to stay for one more day. The room was nice with a warm atmosphere. I also want to note a very cozy cafe next to the hotel, they have breakfasts (buffet line) everything is very tasty. And, by the way, not only breakfasts - we tried delicious risotto with truffle oil - it's just a masterpiece!

Can’t speak highly enough of this place. The staff are incredible. The beach area is divine. The breakfast is lovely. The restaurant at night and bar is a place to be seen - lots of Turkish hipsters and classy people. Lovely veggie food. So unexpected how amazing it was. My wife and I (who is pregnant) felt so looked after and cared for. Free coffee! Free bottled water! Room cleaned in an instant of leaving! Just a lovely place all round. Also easy to get into town. Call taxi and have a drink in terrace. 15 mins drive. Would definitely come back. Shout out to Hassan, Mohammed and Denys and others! Top people.

Rooms were comfortable but a little small for the price. The only issue we encountered was getting a table at the excellent vegetarian restaurant in the hotel - despite the hotel having booked us a table we waited over an hour! Tbf the restaurant did then offer us a discount.

Breakfast was great - really lovely buffet, lots of choice, and eggs to order. We loved jumping in and swimming in from the rocks. The view from our balcony was incredible and ice cream time was a lovely touch.

Amazing view from the bedrooms, great restaurant, best sunsets, modern minimalist look and feel. Great private beach access and setup - no need to go to Kaputas beach. Staff are very accomodating. Highly recommend their restaurant.

My only feedback would be maybe consider having some snacks e.g ice lollies or crisps available in the beach bar cause they wouldn’t let you bring foods in but then only hot food options available

The hotel is in a stunning location with a fantastic beach/club bar which we only discovered after we had spent an hour or so by the pool. It has a lovely little bar and sunbeds right by the sea. Would be glorious to watch the sunset. Also the vegetarian restaurant is superb amazing food well presented and good value. We went for the 2 starters, 2 mains and a desert and glass of sangria and bottle of wine for £70. The waitress here was really friendly.

Parking might be a bit tight in the entire area, but nothing unmanageable.

The Mavilim Hotel is the perfect place to unwind. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, a tranquil location, and comfortable facilities. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. Direct access to the sea made for a truly relaxing experience, and the food and drinks further enhanced our stay. A special thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff, whose warm hospitality made all the difference. They went above and beyond to help me recover a forgotten item, which I truly appreciated. We would definitely return and highly recommend Mavilim to anyone visiting Kaş.
