LebanonSmall size room. It was mentioned in the description though. The toilet drain was clogged we should have mentioned it to the staff but it was fine, we had our showers comfortably. During breakfast the coffee machine got empty several times and we had to wait to be refilled and sometimes if it was near the closing time of breakfast they wouldn't refill it. Yet if you ask the waiters to do a coffee cup, they would have from inside the kitchen.
Nice stay, great location nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing service, staff are so lovely and welcoming. The interior design is luxurious. Very good price compared to value. Highly recommended.

The location was amazing—there were good bars and clubs nearby, and the view from the private beach was also amazing.

AustriaThe hotel's policy of prohibiting outside food and water for what it claims are "hygienic reasons" felt completely counterproductive. Although I typically enjoy dining at hotel restaurants, this rule seemed like a blatant attempt to force guests to spend money. As a result, my partner and I intentionally avoided the hotel's dining options and chose to eat all our meals elsewhere. This policy was a significant deal-breaker for me, especially since my partner loves to try different varieties of baklava. Because of this restrictive rule, I will not be returning to this hotel.
This hotel boasts a phenomenal location and is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff and facilities were truly amazing. Although it is in a lively area and not far from the old town, the rooms are quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The hotel also offers an excellent breakfast buffet and a variety of other dining options. Overall, it provided great value for the price.

CanadaPool menu is smaller/different that the regular restaurant menu. We weren't super impressed with the food and drink quality/price and ended up eating mostly outside of the hotel - much better prices.
Great hotel and amenities. We had a few requests from the front desk and they were able to accommodate quickly. Location was excellent - short taxi to the Old City and some great coffee shops, restaurants within walking distance along the water.

United Arab EmiratesSize of the rooms too small for a five star resort hotel. Very poor soundproofing between the rooms which was shocking. You could clearly hear the sound of moving furniture during the house keeping in the adjacent and above rooms. Also could hear sound of the people when they were shouting or talking loudly. At the buffet breakfast, the AC was switched off after 10 am as an ndicatation for the guest to move out, which was very rude. Usually the guests are informed by the staff by going to the tables that the buffet is closing which is a more polite way to communicate to the guests. Also there was no complymentary water bottles placed in the room which is a normal practise. Although they were given on asking. Room tariff very pricy

GermanyCheck in experience was weird, we wanted to leave the luggage there but to change clothes in the bathroom before, we weren't allowed (the manager did not like that. What? They have a gym with changing cabins, so I don't understand why we could not change there). I wanted to change my shoes in the bathroom because it was 45 degrees outside, the cleaning lady was very unhappy about it. If you buy water you have to smuggle it inside because you are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside, it is unhygenic. Weird. Everything else was nice and comfortable.

United KingdomOn the one hand, the hotel is in a fantastic location — stunning cliffs, a cozy little beach, and a small but lovely pool. The whole place is compact, peaceful, and has a charming atmosphere. It’s an adults-only hotel, which means no screaming kids — a definite plus! It’s not all-inclusive, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The place is clean, well-kept, and it’s clear that the management is doing their best. Overall, I was very satisfied. But then... there are some truly odd things going on. I think it might be due to the lack of guests, so the staff doesn’t really get much practice. For example, I wanted to buy some peanuts and a beer. Turns out you have to pay for the peanuts at reception, but for the beer at the bar — weird! I’m used to peanuts coming as a complimentary snack with drinks. Also, the lift to the beach (the cliff is quite high) only works until 7 PM — so basically, you can only swim during the hottest part of the day. Strange! At the bar, there are three regular tables and some comfy sofas with low tables. You can eat at the regular tables, but not at the low ones — strange again! And generally, the staff look genuinely frightened every time you ask a question. Their English is also very basic — which, to be fair, is a widespread issue in Turkey, even in touristy areas… which is also kind of strange.
