Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Excellent location of the hotel close to every attraction of the city , near the park and really in everything you need ! Breakfast was good , bar on the roof also very nice and the movie inspired floors really amazing ! Staff of the restaurant were very polite and helpful and also the girl at the pool reception!

Room we had (standard double) would be spacious enough for 2 persons, but was rather tiny for 3. Next time would choose a bigger one. Aircon was located just above the sofa where the kid slept. It is impossible to locate extra bed anywhere else in the room. Bathroom was great, although there were no hooks for the towels and bathrobes. Breakfast was really worth paying for it. Location is super. Pool is not big but the spa zone is nice in general. Staff at the reception were very helpful.

Everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable, quiet, and had good air-conditioning. Breakfast with a big variety of food. The spa was nice, especially the salt room. The staff is pleasant and nice. Bar on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Location perfect. Would visit again.

PolandThe screen for the room control was too bright in the night, though we didn't mentioned that to the staff members. There's no hook or hanger at the entrance, that would be nice to have. Same goes for hanger for the towels near the sink, though it exists just on the opposite wall.
Overall hotel has a very high value for its price. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, it felt like there's something there for each and everyone. And spa zone... a really nice space to chill out in the evening. The room was very quiet even when there was music outside the hotel or at the roof. The safe in the room was for free which was a nice bonus!
