  “We had a great stay! The air conditioning in our room wasn't great, and we were offered 2 rooms to move to. The second was nice and cool and the rest of our stay was more comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the location perfect! The view from the breakfast balcony was amazing- we were able to see the morning mist over the Danube. The staff was very accommodating, as we struggled with the time difference and came for breakfast super early then very late. The only cons are the parking lot isn't huge- there was a festival on and a couple tour buses so it was a bit more restrictive than usual. Pool is fantastic, but only open 2- 9 pm. As well, huge stains on the carpet.. which isn't an issue, but makes me wonder how people can be so disrespectful”

  “We really enjoyed our time here! We loved the staff, who spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and told us about bird migration and can arrange trips on the water for you. The property is stunning, with an unbelievable view and meticulously cleaned. Our cabin was large, well furnished and decorated, with all modern comforts. We were able to park right beside it which was helpful, especially with heavy luggage. The food was incredible as well, we enjoyed more than just the filling breakfast! Chef Julep is very passionate and will tell you about the menu, as well as his ideas for the future. Keep in mind that the property owner is only in its second season, and current staff is trying hard to restore it to it's former glory. Some things that need work are the pool area, which has some dirty glasses and broken chairs, as well as no shower ( but a hose left out in it's place?). The walkway to the water is a bit overgrown. Careful on the dock as some boards are loose. Sadly, because of the remote location some awful people have been abandoning dogs and cats there. They are well looked after, and a joy to have around (for us anyway, we fell in love with the little white one). We wish current management the best, and look forward to returning and seeing how wonderful it will become! We strongly suggest that the owner increase staff size to keep up with maintenance and improvement of property.”

  “We liked everything they offered: spacious, clean, comfortable accomodation; staff doing everything they could to help: foods suggestions, delta visit guide recommandation, (I'm sure nea Nicu is one of the best and most passionate guides in the area), luggage storage as we arrived early and left late. Their restaurant serves excellent Danube delta specific dishes. I'm not a great fish fan but for my stay I tried as many fish dishes as I could only in their restaurant, no point to try somewhere else. They were fresh and delicious.”

  “I spent a few days at this resort and, overall, it has great potential, though there are a few important issues. The location is excellent—quiet, close to the beach, and perfect for relaxation. The room was very spacious and located in a beautiful garden, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant serves tasty dishes, mostly fish, but there are a few other very good options, which made dining enjoyable.”

  “The hosts (Alexandra and Robert) always went the extra mile to fulfill our last minute request to rent a boat and were more than helpful in making the consequent arrangements for rescheduling our meal plan :) Despite their tight schedule running everything there, they also try to meet everyone's request for a music that best suits the mood, even if this is almost impossible (given the diversity of guests). p.s. Last, but not least, the entire team contributed to the feeling of well being and the place ended up with a vibe of truly cosy home. Big thanks to everyone of you outthere and keep up the great work!”
