When I was checking I came around 4pm, and I was booked this days ago. I requested a smoking room and the room was not ready one receptionist said. I asked her to call the housekeeper and ask what time it could be ready. There's no smile on her face. But she called them. She didn't ask what time they could give us. Instead of that she said to have a seat she doesn't know wt time it can be ready. She said probably 30mints bt she cannot tell exactly. So I asked her to ask the exact time from the housekeeping. She was back footed. She didn't want to call again and kept asking me to sit. I said just cl n ask at least I can send my vehicle. Then Amani came suddenly there and she communicated with the housekeeping team and said it will be ready within 5mints with a very pleasant smile. She assisted us to the room and her hospitality service was very good. We love her the way she handled the situation. Because of the first receptionist I was about to cancel my booking even.

Our stay was really comfortable. Front Office staff Amani was really giving us an exceptional service. Breakfast was so good. They hv given us a late check out as well.. Giving 1000 hugs to Amani for helping us at the checkin..Great service Amani..So many hugs n kisses to you.😘

Limited TV channels. Very tight lane for cars at the entrance.

Good dining options in and around the hotel. Very friendly and cooperative staff, specially Bashar and Julius at the concierge. I had an issue in my room as some bad smell was coming from the bathroom but my room was immediately changed by the front desk staff. The maintenance staff was quick to respond to any issues in the room like loose sockets and drainage problems in the bathroom. We had a nice and comfortable stay in the hotel.

Valet parking is too crowded and not organized at all and takes long time to receive your car, basement parking entrance and exit is too narrow a big SUV will suffer

I extremely hate the hotel basement car parking. The ramp exit of the basement is very steep and located at a curved corner of the basement, which makes existing the basement for the 4×4 trucks a nightmare experience. My car is the huge Lincoln, Navigator, and I avoid parking it in the basement avoiding unpleasant situations such as serious car body scratches. List of room defects: 1. Hair dryer cord very short 2. Towels are not of a 5 Stars hotel standard 3. Bathrobe wasn't available in the room 4. Bathroom scale wasn't functioning properly 5. Bathroom vanities were broken "bowel flushing mechanism chrome plated cover missing piece" 6. Slippers were not available 7. Praying carpet wasn't available 8. Lack of ballpen in the room 9. Table alarm clock ⏰️ was out of service 10. A soap bar 🧼 holding plate is required as soap got hardly stuck on the washbasin counter 11. Bathroom shampoo and body liquid soap dispensing bottles and troublesome and difficult to handle 12. Room door tiny vision lens blurry 13. Hotel Lobby setting is to be rearranged for an ample area for the guests to move freely

8/10 for Breakfast, I have seen much better breakfast at hotels of this level but not bad either.

Just a very good Hotel. Great Middle easter restaurant at the roof top with some amaing views. Hotel located quite central (10 mins taxi drive). Facilites are excellent and a smal pool but very well served.
