Located at out of city area. But everything was a drive away. It best to come with car and to explore the city. Given the date of booking, we able to watch a spectacular fireworks show at midnight.

I’m the kind of person who enjoys staying at different hotels just to experience something unique from each of them — I usually try a new hotel once every month. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Putrajaya, and I usually don’t repeat my stay at the same hotel because I prefer different experiences. So far, the only hotel I’ve wanted to revisit was one in Langkawi — and now, I’d love to repeat my stay here too. The food is also good, and I truly appreciate how the staff still took the time to attend to me, even while they were busy setting up the dining area for the transition from breakfast to lunch. Thanks to all your staff for the excellent service. Forgot to mention, this hotel is just a walking distance to the Marina/water taxi. I just noticed it during my stay and love that.

When we first arrived, the room had a slight musty/old smell and we noticed quite a few mosquitoes.

We really loved the overall theme and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.

The rooftop pool is supposed to be for 18+ because there's a whole other dedicated pool for children but some people felt entitled enough to bring their literal baby and that enabled other people to bring their children because there was nobody manning the pool. Also, not enough towels to accommodate everybody because nobody was refilling them

Definitely bang for your buck of a stay. Free cookie at check-in? Bags delivered to your door? Salmon for breakfast? Coming back next year for a longer stay!

The staff really friendly. The breakfast so many varieties, malay cuisine, Chinese cuisine & indian cuisine. The room dining also very sharp.

The only minor setback was that some facilities and parking required walking between different buildings, which could be a bit inconvenient, especially in unfavorable weather. However, this didn’t significantly detract from the overall experience.

The customer service truly stood out, when my event dates changed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request to adjust my booking from the 5th to the 4th of August. Their flexibility and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for their assistance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, as expected from a Hilton property. The lakeside views added a lovely touch to the stay.

Thought it would be closer to airport, but that was our mistake. Feels a little theme-park, but again we knew when we booked it

So far nothing. Just that the hotel is too huge and big and you tend to lost somewhere. hahaha.

The room is so spacious. And most of all, the staff is superb nice and sooo friendly. I really don't know how to describe as a malaysian of myself being proud to have this kind of service from staff. So, whoever from out of this country. You should try this hotel. The room is big and spacious and clean. Staff is really friendly and polite. Well done guys.
