Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

And with 3 kids we always need something. So for a family with little kids it might not be the best option. But it's otherwise very good!

MalaysiaI extremely dislike the check-in process. There is a lack of guidance. However, they do provide you with some clear instructions, but you need to read and comprehend them yourself. The procedure of key collection is inconvenient because you need to walk a lot and look for the location. When you check out, you need to take a photo and send those photos to the host to confirm your checkout.
I like the overall feel of the unit: the cleanliness, the ambience of the room, the view, the hair dryer, the irons, etc.

DenmarkEven though it stated that the apartment had Netflix, we could not make it work which was really annoying. The apartment's windows are overlooking a 6 lane free way which made a lot of noise You should also be aware that there are no pedestrian paths, so your only option is to cross the 6 lanes or go a long walk around which is not really pleasant
Really nice apartment suitable for up to 4 adults It had a kitchen and washing machine which we really enjoyed. The check in card made it easy to use the elevators and get around the premises There's two malls nearby and only 700m to the Dutch part of town
