The overall vibe and friendliness. The pools were clean, food good plentiful and tasty. Bar prices reasonable, bedding clean.

It’s a bit outdated. The rooms need a good deep clean (especially for spider webs!). It would be good if they did a good clean on the cushions around the pool as well.

There are two pools, a lovely river view and friendly owners. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets soft. There is a bar and restaurant. It’s easy to get a Tuktuk quickly into town (about 5 minutes). It’s full of peace and tranquility!

Rooms need renovation! For 60$ a night in Asia… didn’t expect all the old stuff in and out of the room.

The location is amazing! View is awesome. But kind of lack of staff they have. Had to wait for too long for the help with my heavy bag. And over all service there is 3 out of 10.

Could possibly do with a bit of maintenance on the outside but nothing that dampened our great experience here.

We booked an upstairs room right along the river with an amazing view. There were 2 pools and the location was fine and only required tuk tuk drivers to take us anywhere.

The staff was very accommodating in every aspect. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature, although the slide was in need of some repair but we were able to give it a quick fix for my son to use it. The rest of the property was enjoyed by the whole party during our stay. They helped to arrange the delivery of motos for our run up Bokor Mtn and actually scolded the rental company, saying, "Can't you one time bring out bikes that don't need to be refused!". At the end of our stay we had several hours before the next connection and they kindly allowed us to enjoy the pool area and riverside gazebo while we waited and had lunch there.

As are most properties in more rural areas of Cambodia and southeast Asia, the quiet of nature also brings lots of ants and other bugs. The doors to our condo were not positioned well so there were gaps. The bathroom was decent, but there was not a separate shower, just a showerhead on the wall. But the temperature was fine, it got nice and hot.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, pointing out that the family villa that we originally rented didn't have aircon, but they were able to easily switch us to another room, which was actually 2 separate units in the same building (1 up and 1 down) which worked for our group, a family of 4 and one adult couple. Each room had 2 large beds and a bathroom. Pool was really close with a slide for the kids and they had 2 trampolines that my kids thoroughly enjoyed.

I stayed at Villa vedici with my husband and two kids 5 and 3 years old. We started with a booking with 5 nights but extended with 3 more nights because we liked it so much. The staff is so friendly and the owners do so much to feel you welcome. With kids its an amazing place to stay because they have so many activities - they can bike on small bikes, play airhockey, jump on trampolins and enjoy the swimmingpools. Even when it's raining theres a lot for the kids to do. And the food is so good in the restaurant as well. We rented some scooters and drove up to Bokor park which was amazing. The hotel is far away from noise but still so close to the city - it takes around 5 min and then you are in Kampot city. In the evening you can hear all the "noise" from the animals it almost feels like you are in the jungle. So amazing. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was clean, but the bathroom in our room was a bit tired :( When you take the key out of the room everything including AC and fridge turns off, so you can't keep anything chilled in the room.

Beautiful location on the river. It's a little bit out of town but not far and the tuk tuk's are quick to pick up! The staff are very lovely and more than happy to talk with you while having a drink at the bar. The grounds, pool and grounds are very nice and clean. Great views over the river to Bokor Mountain.

The room we were in felt worn down.

We had one of the rooms looking over the water. The views were terrific. The room, however, could do with some TLC, a bit worn down. The staff were friendly, and the resort was nice. They have a lovely pool and a fun games room. The food choices and quality was OK.

I felt, although the staff cleaned the rooms daily and did their best, the rooms themselves were tired and dated, which gave the feeling of them needing a deep clean. There were a variety of different types of rooms and maybe the other rooms were ok.

Lovely spot with beautiful river seating to watch the sunset and the boats. Pools nice, staff friendly with good food at their restaurant. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

The atmosphere was perfect; beautiful place at the river with amazing views. Nice staff, two swimming pools and Hans and Seyha made it a perfect stay. We will be back! My advice: order a cocktail at the river, chill on the river deck and watch the sunset;)!
