Staff on breakfast. They clearly not happy being at work. There was no coffee beans in coffee machine and took me 3 attempts to get staff to refill the machine to find out that milk run out, in the end I just gave up as every time I was trying to get someone to fill it all I heard was “one minute”🙄

Comfortable rooms ( we had two to joined together).good location if you want to stay close to the airport.

Reception, rooms and the hotel in general were good. but the visit to the Michelin recommended restaurant La Scala was a big disappointment. Of a five course tasting menu, only 4 courses were served, then the waiter went home without saying anything. When we asked if she could suggest a wine menu that would go with the tasting menu, the waiter did not understand the question and could not even recommend wines that would go with the different dishes. The dishes were just brought to the table without us being told what was being served. The dishes as such were tasty and well presented but the service was far below our expectations. We probably will not go there again..

The location was great for us. It was close to Speedy pizza which was awesome as well as the airport. The room was comfortable. The hotel was great and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic! Quite a wide spread! Check in and check out was very easy. Parking available.

The location is not very close to the city centre, but to the airport. I valued proximity to the airport more, so not exactly a downside to me

Love the restaurant . Our plane was delayed and we didn’t think we would still be able to have a meal . It was all still available and we have a lovely meal of turbot and beautiful wine .

Small bathroom and shower., and air Conditioning didnt work

Ideal for late night arrival as very near airport, parking, clean tidy room a little small but ok for one night we would upgrade if staying longer. The forte of this hotel is its restaurant , we were very impressed by quality and menu, attentive service from Maitre and his team. Enjoyed our dining experience THANK YOU

A bit of a challenging location on a hill, but not that much of a big deal.

Comfortable room for breakfast and very personal service from wait staff. The dinner the evening before was fabulous and again, wait staff was exceptional.

The reception staff was of course friendly, but I was very unpleasantly surprised when I had to return to them because the room I was given the keys to had not been cleaned. I checked in in the evening, by this time a 4-star hotel should have had time to clean the room. To my surprise, everyone reacted very calmly, saying a stingy "sorry", and gave me the keys to another room. The hotel has poor soundproofing, when people from the room opposite were leaving, it seemed to me that they had come to my room. I was upset that the hotel did not provide a kettle. It is December now and warm drinks are very nice. I would like a 4-star hotel to take care of this.

The hotel is close enough to the airport, has its own parking lot and a gas station right next door, and also its own restaurant, a fairly comfortable bed and nice towels - these are advantages.

I asked a staff member to fill a bottle with tap water for me. He did so begrudgingly and stated that if I asked again, he would have to charge me as his manager would be unhappy that he had done so free of charge. Some of the facilities in the room required maintenance, for example, the fridge door was broken and hung at an angle, and the basin tap was not affixed properly.

The hotel is conveniently located for those arriving by car. The staff are generally polite and efficient.

Locality is outside of central core part of Cagliari

The stay was an overnight stay in view of a very early departure flight. Staff were very hospitable and helpful with logistics arrangements.

I have received a message from booking offering a deal to have a dinner at the hotel. Once I was at the restaurant several restrictions were applicable since many options from the menu were not included. Thus, in the end, we had the choosing our food from the menu. I must say that the food we chose was excellent.

Breakfast was great. Good variety of products and everything was very fresh. Room was reasonable considering the category of the hotel. Location is fine if you have a car. It has easy access to the airport.

Not many places to park. Lift very tight and slow. Breakfast with good variety but average quality. Coffee on the cold side. Room small for 3 people.

Rooms were a little disappointing but perfectly adequate

Close to the airport. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was generous with lots of choice.

The weather but the hotel doesn't have control of that. We also happened to go during a holiday, so many of the stores were closed near the hotel. Neither issue had anything to do with the hotel.

The staff is amazing. For me, that is a very big deal. They were all professional and in one case, we had some issues with the window in our room since we could not close it correctly, and the staff had someone in our room in 5 mins to show us how. The breakfast is amazing, fresh fruit, fresh pastries and a good selection of seating indoors and outdoors. The restaurant was also amazing. The servers were very attentive and helpful with helping my girlfriend and I select our meals. We also got to enjoy a live band. We had accessible parking while we were there as we rented a vehicle.

Being in a residencial / industrial area there wasn’t much to do nearby, nor where to get something to eat in case you didn’t want to take your car. Very easy to get to the airport, practical.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh and the room was cozy, bright and clean! Staff (from reception to the breakfast) is helpful, smiling, attentive and giving tips where to go and what to so.

Maybe a firmer mattress would have been nice but it is probably just a matter of preference. Nothing else really

The apartment is basic, but very comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom fully equipped. Fully air conditioned and , great bonus for me, a very nice coffee machine with nespresso like capsule. The reception also sells capsule and they were excellent. The pool is big and there is also a restaurant/bar. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. They even let us use an empty apartment on our checkout day to use the shower so we could use the pool for the morning.

Location: Not convenient to the downtown. Walking takes 45 minutes and parking downtown is a bit difficult so even with a rental i used taxis. Also, the immediate neighborhood is quite run-down. Parking: Free parking at the hotel was WHY i chose this hotel rather than one closer to town. But i still ended up street parking because the spaces available are so limited. Still free, but....disappointing. Rooms: Walls are sound-proofed but doors are not. I was right next to the cleaning closet and was woken by 0830 every day by the cleaning staff. So no sleeping in after a late night for me. Coffee: I asked for, and was provided a kettle but there was no coffee/tea in the rooms or in the lobby area area. I checked out at 0600 and could not get coffee until i got checked in at the airport. For a country that LOVES its coffee, the hotel did not? Sadness.

Nice hotel. Good (but not michelin worthy IMHO) restaurant. Comfy rooms with good AC. Convenient to the airport. Really nice staff. Quick taxi calls from the desk. Ok breakfast.

Great place to stay for exploring around Cagliari. Free parking, great breakfast choices, bus that takes you into centre of Cagliari just 5 minute walk from the hotel. Staff really friendly. It was our second time staying here, we are definitely coming back, when in Cagliari.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Could include more food options. Location is good for a short stay as it is close to the airport but would not stay for a longer holiday.
