A fantastic location in its own right, as well as for visiting Florence. The regular bus service from the square to downtown Florence made the city accessible. Fiesole was a haven from the crowds in the city.

Good location for resting up after via deglei dei, wash clothes etc. easy access to Florence. 20 mins on bus, without the crowds. Lovely town. Helpful and flexible host.

It was very pretty studio, nice garden and view to Florence. The place is very quiet and good decision for sightseeing in Florence. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. We will go back again.

We like staying here and would stay again. We know what we are getting, which suits us well. It could be better stocked with cleaning products and some kitchenware, e.g., wine glasses, a cutting board, a large fry pan. But, we adjusted.

This was the third time we stayed. We have a lovely view from the balcony. Privacy. All quiet and clean and well organised. These studio apartments with kitchen suit us. The accommodation is 10 minutes walk to groceries and Fiesole centre. We prefer to stay outside Florence, as it is cooler and more peaceful. The room is contemporary and functional.

The room is actually a fully equipped studio with a small kitchen in the living area. The B&B does not serve breakfast, but they do have a coffee machine. The location is very quiet, only less than 10 mins walk away from shops and the bus stop for Florence. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Upon our departure, it appeared that a train strike was on and Tommaso, the manager, arranged a minicab for us to take us to our next destination. Great service! There was a heatwave at the time, but Fiesole in the hills was much cooler and the air conditioning in the room was very effective!

Not one thing!

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay. Near Florence, easy to get there....but a respite from an intense city. Our host, Tomas, was amazing. He made great recommendations for restaurants, etc. We loved staying there! Completely comfortable and well equipped. We will return!

Everything you could wish for in a self catering apartment. Spacious, clean, with fantastic views. Tomasso was really helpful with good information about the area. Secure gated parking was great for motorcycles.

Absolutely superb accommodation. Perfectly situated amongst excellent restaurants and close for travelling to Mugello! Exceptionally clean, comfortable and plenty space. Secure car park but town feels very laid back and Secure anyway. Excellent value and very friendly, highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful staff and residence - just a short walk to the Piazza with fabulous eateries and the number 7 bus , leaving every 15 mins to Florence - supermarket at the ready - washing machine on hand and all the help and information you need. Thanks

It was a bit too hilly for our old legs 😊 It would have been nice if there had been a basic ‘welcome’ pack, so that we could have at least made a cup of coffee or tea, apart from a vending machine on the property.

Given we had rented a car, the drive up to Fiesole was surprisingly narrow, curvy and steep and we had difficulty finding the inn. We stayed 4 nights and requested extra towels, they furnished them, however, we were told they only furnish 1 set of towels each for entire stay up to 7 days and no housekeeping. There is a lovely lawn area adjacent to parking lot with great view, we moved our chairs out onto the lawn from our patio and were told this wasn't allowed with no explanation. None is a deal breaker, but some things you should know.

Property view is beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. 20 minutes to central Florence via reliable bus service available in town center of Fiesole, as well as a few small restaurants and co-op market about a 10/15 minute uphill walk from property, So, car is not necessary. No food on property, coffee only.

It was just fine.

The property was clean and had everything we needed, Tommasao was friendly and hepful.The view was beautiful. The town has some interesting Roman remains and old buildings. Therer are a few restaurants and some food shops. The views from town over Florence are stunning. The local bus is easy to use and takes you into the city in 15-20 minutes

Tomasso is an excellent property manager and a really friendly person. Everything is in top shape. Additionally, the views from the apartments are wonderful. Each unit has everything one needs, from a dishwasher to a clothes washer and microwave. Fiesole is a much more relaxing than Florence so we prefer to stay there.

Quiet place with only a short walk to a bus stop which will take you down into Firenze, if you choose. Had everything we needed, and the outside balcony area was lovely.

Nothing--hope to stay again.

Lovely place. If you are able to get a room on the second level, then it's perfect with your own balcony. If you are on the first level as we were, then you will have a small patio that looks over parked cars, but it is still a nice view. The place is maintained very well, very quiet, comfortable bed, good shower. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Room was extremly clean and nicely furbished. We even had a washing maching and a dishwasher, along the fully equiped kitchen. The view from the room is fabulous. Access to Florence is easy with the no. 7 bus and the trip takes roughly 15 minutes. Would definitely go back anytime.
