Beautiful hotel, located a short walk from the main port / restaurants / boat tours etc. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms and gardens were lovely. Staff were also exceptional, with Sara and Paulo especially helpful and attentive. Will hopefully visit again one day!

Our room was extremely tired. Dark brown furnishings in tiny bedroom. The bathroom needed a total renovation and updating. You shouldn’t be paying the euros we paid for such old facilities.

Our room had a weird odor and we couldn’t figure out if it was a mosquitos spray or something else The shower didn’t have a curtain, it was bathtub so when using it as shower the water splashed all over It was a bit small for a couple plus one child so I would book a bigger room next time

We spent 4 nights in the hotel, which was our base to travel around Garda Lake. I was looking for a less touristy place and happy we chose Desenzano . It has a beautiful promenade just a few minutes from the hotel. A small and lovely old city also easily reachable by foot. The Tuesdays street market is just a few minutes away too. 30 min by car to Gardaland The hotel is beautifully designed! We stayed in a room near the hot water pool (great for September!), not in the main building. We enjoyed the fact they provided bath robe even for our young daughter, really nice touch. The service is one of the strongest points of the hotel. Everyone were very attentive and nice during checking in and out and especially at breakfast! The cleaning was great as well, including organizing our daughters toys on the bed :) The breakfast has great verity- you can choose from the menu and from a buffet, all tasty and classy. Including tea and coffee to order, but not an orange juice which costs extra. The breakfast sitting area is beautiful as well, but the service beats everything! Thank you The hotel has it’s parking and we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot Overall, great choice for Desenzano.

Very elegant & calm atmosphere. Beautiful gardens & pools. Loved our room overlooking the garden with bougainvillea hanging across the balcony. Close to the Lakeside promenade & Desenzano town. All the staff were simply exceptional in service & help. Can’t wait to return.

The property was very beautiful and tastefully furnished. The room was a good size with comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality with a variety of items both hot and cold. We want to thank Benjamin for all his help on our arrival sorting an emergency dentist for us. His English was exceptional and we genuinely he was English. His recommendations for quality restaurants to eat at was also gratefully received. All round a fantastic hotel, staff, food and amenities. Forgot to mention the rooftop terrace with amazing views across the Lake.

Could find no fault!

All the staff were efficient, helpful, friendly and treated us as honoured guests. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of items Our panorama room was very comfortable,, spacious, well appointed, and as a bonus had a spa on the balcony. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. and we benefitted from two swimming pools in the garden and a rooftop spa. The stroll into Desenzano alongside the lake takes 15 minutes and is flat. The hotel restaurant is good, there is a pizzeria ristorante and a Japanese restaurant within 50 metres as well as the many other eateries in town.

We had a security issue in our room, the night porter was unskilled in dealing with the issue but greateful to the owners and staff who assisted us late at night to resolve the matter.

The restaurant food was incredible and one of the best Amatriciana's ever eaten. The breakfast was fabulous. Would not charge guests for egg dishes. Our room was modest. We received an alternate room on the top floor on the last night which was fabulous.

The bathroom didn’t have a stand alone shower, but instead it had a large bathtub with a shower head but without a shower curtain, which made it a bit tricky to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor.

The location was good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was good for a short stay, it was clean and the hotel property outside was absolutely stunning. They have 3 pools and a beautiful garden surrounding the hotel.

The rooms were a decent size and were well-furnished. The hotel building is beautiful as well as the gardens and pool areas. The rooftop jacuzzi is fantastic and is a must for couples, especially at night when the sun is setting. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Benjamin! The breakfast was delicious and full of choice.

Such a beautiful spot. Very nice spacious common areas . The restaurant, bar and outside pool area are comfy with lots of trees and greenery . Rooms are roomy, we had a view of the mountains behind the hotel . 2 balcony’s. Breakfast was always delicious and the coffee and juices were fresh. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was a little small for 2 adults, child and 3 suitcases. The shower sprayed water all over the floor and over the edges of the tub.

The breakfast was delicious, elegant, and full of choices, both on the buffet and available to order made fresh, like eggs and pancakes. The atff was very friendly and willing to help in any way. The property is luscious and green and flowering- it feels like a garden oasis. The garden pool was almost always in the shade in summer which we liked. The location is a quick walk from the center.

Beautiful well maintained hotel in a great location. Only 5 mins walk to centre. All staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

No issues during our short stay

The staff were amazing and one (forgot his name) went out of his way to arrange our taxi to the airport. I enjoyed the facilities, especially the garden where we chilled by the pool. Food options were great and loved the margarita!

Family run hotel with excellent attention to detail and very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is in a garden setting with plenty of trees for shade and no shortage of sunbeds, there was an option of two garden settings with a pool in each, also we were provided with a pool bag in the room containing pool towels and there were flip flops provided at poolside.
