It was simply delightful. Everything one could possibly need. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Charming helpful staff. We shall definitely stay again.

The temperature was exceptionally hot in Matera, it was a heat wave even by Matera standards and it was difficult to cool the room down sufficiently, but we managed and would still recommend the apartment due to all the positives. We would stay there again.

Excellent location just on the edge of the old town literally 3 min walk to where you probably want to go, very helpful and kind staff, they arranged a private and secure parking in the building next door at a very reasonable price. The apartment itself was fine.

Well equipped apartment in the center of Matera. 200 m away from the historical old town where Sassi lived! We were very grateful for the floor heating, as we spent one unforgettable week in November here. There is even a washing machine. The bathroom is very comfortable big and has good hot water to take a shower. There are two balconies in the garden view room.

Sharp knives would be good to have as the apartment comes with a kitchen. Recycling for the trash would be great to be more sustainable.

We stayed in the room with garden view. The location was great, right next to the historic town and the daily market. The apartment is located right next to a busy street but if you don't spend much time in the bedroom during the day and keep the windows closed it is fine. The registration for the check-in was time consuming, should be done at least 1-2 days before arrival. Once completed, the check-in on arrival went very smooth. Mrs. Rina who checked us in and lives in the building was very kind and helpful 👍 The apartment was clean and the bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and stylish. Unfortunately, the weather was colder when we stayed there but it was cozy inside, even without heating. During warm days, you could eat outside on the front porch where there are plenty of beautiful plants. We were able to find parking not too far away for free, close to a cemetery. We enjoyed our stay in Matera and would definitely recommend this place 😊

It is too noisy specially during the weekend.

Mrs. Rina is very nice to help us park the car in the garage couple of times. We really appreciate that. The location is very good. We can take several breaks from our city tours.

The bed frame meant that it was a roll together experience (the owner wasn't aware and has promised to fix it for next guests). The aircon was taped over so that it couldn't be used (again, the owner will address that)

Perfect location to explore beautiful Matera and the Sassi. Comfortable, clean accommodation. Both bedrooms had modern en suites. Gino kindly made excellent recommendations for a couple of places to eat and drink.

There are no nets so there are mosquitos if you open the window The aircondition is under the floor - it took a while and a call with the owner to understand how to operate, and then it took some time to cool - but was ok. there are 1 floor steps to go up to the room

The location is perfect - right near the sassi area, but on a main road. There was a private parking right below the house. It was a tricky entrance of the car, but they have sent us a video to explain exactly how to enter, so it went well Apartment is nice - had also a kitchen Nice view to a public garden

The online checkin is problematic. And to pay the tourist tax, they ask you to open an account with a third party. But we had problems and (good news), the host allowed us to send our checkin information and to pay the tax in cash.

The location is very well located - just a few minutes walk to the main plaza and an easy walk to the trsin station (10 - 15 minutes). The apartment is very plain but spacious, comfortable, super clean... The hosts are very nice and accommodating. It's nice to have a 1pm checkin.

There was no brakfest in the object - owner has fobiden to do the brekfest inside the room!
