Should have a coffee machine in the rooms. Hotel should provide help in luggage especially if a lady is struggling with pushing her bag, if not out of service, out of respect!

I was surprised to not have a kettle or coffee maker in the room. It would have been nice to sit on the lovely terrace of our room with a tea or coffee. The cleaners came to clean several times while we were still sleeping. There was no sign to put on the door. ( Minor problem with an easy solution)

The terrace/garden of our room. It was so beautiful and wonderful for our dog who was graciously welcomed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and well air conditioned. The grounds were well kept, beautiful trees and flowers and peaceful.

Nothing, and I would be honest if there was anything that was bad. I could always say hotels could do better with gluten free options but, it still had a lot to offer. I perhaps would only mention, lack of shops near by and inability to purchase simple things from the hotel. Things like SPF sun lotion.

The hotel was excellent, staff were so friendly, the food was exceptional, the pool was lovely and clean and quiet and the room was spotlessly clean. It was the best holiday I have had in years! Perfect for couples who want to just relax in the peace and quiet. I am also Celiac and the gluten free options were fantastic.

The communication was a bit difficult and there was generally a bit of true italian chaos all around (breakfast, dinner, reception, ..) so be ready for surprises. Breakfast had menu options, but the omeletes (which was most of the menu) were slightly disapointing and also not included in the half-board. There is no schedule for massages, so you have to arrange it with the reception and it took us few days to arrange. Around the whole resort, there were quite a lot of ants.

The place is very nice, quiet and relaxing, the pool and the pool area are very nice as well. We had really nice terrace. Food was really good, there were lots of insteristing sweets for breakfast (it was easter). Pool is open 24/7.

These are minor niggles but I hope the feedback is useful. May just be the room we were in, but the air conditioning kept the room cool while we were out which was lovely to return to, but it seemed to get hot very easily with the lights on or a door opened briefly and took hours to cool again. I'd have liked a little kettle/coffee maker in the room to wake up with.

Beautiful hotel, pool area, and grounds. It's a very special place. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The pool area transforms at night into a romantic dining experience, a floating crescent moon, thoughtful lighting and every few days, live music. The breakfast was tasty and healthy plus cooked options and lots of options even for those with intolerances. We'd definitely come back.

Nothing! It was perfect

This resort is beautiful. The bedrooms are fantastic, quite big and very clean with our own little garden area.. We spent a day by the pool which was very relaxing. All the staff are incredible. A warm friendly welcome from the reception when we first arrived. Helpful and polite staff every morning at breakfast. Special thanks to the bar staff bringing us our aperol spritz all day. Wonderful resort. Couldn't ask for more!

There was nothing of note . However, given the location a hire car would have been a good idea. Unfortunately I had chosen not to arrange this, although hotel reception did offer to arrange for me.

The property was immaculately clean. The room was a good size, with a nice veranda and a view of the mountains behind the hotel. The pool area was also perfectly maintained, with lovely staff servicing the are throughout the day. The food both at breakfast and dinner was outstanding, served by an outstanding team !! Thank you!!

For health and safety reasons, the resort doesn't provide irons for guests to use and so you have to use the laundry and ironing service. This isn't a problem, just unexpected (and the service comes at a charge too). The ironing was impeccable, though, and very convenient, so on the whole was worth it!

The resort is a little piece of tranquility and heaven in surrounded by mountains. It is rustic, beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are excellent, very helpful and professional. Nothing is too much for them. The swimming pool, sun loungers and terrace area are perfectly set up for a day of relaxing. The ease of ordering and charging food, drink and services is very welcome and takes the admin out of settling bills until the end. The price of food and drink is slightly more expensive than in town or at local restaurants but the quality of produce is excellent and the convenience is worth it. We spend 5 days here for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place.

The is a very special place. Surrounded by mountains and overlooking the sea. Very quiet and set in the most beautiful landscaped gardens. Pools were a perfect temperature. Another thing that makes it so special are the staff, so efficient and friendly. They all seem to want to make sure your stay is perfect and it was. Cannot emphasise how beautiful this place is.
