Nothing it was very comfortable but you would need earplugs as the area is quite noisy at night and you would need to be relatively fit for the stairs neither of which were an issue for us.

Only one of two bedrooms had the air conditioner in the room. The air conditioner in the hallway helped cool down the kitchen area but didn’t help cool down the second bedroom - really warm nights with June temperatures.

We loved our stay - especially the location to the authentic alleyways and view over the busy courtyard.

The bathroom was a bit small and the hot water ran out quickly, but it wasn’t a big issue for a short stay.

The apartment was charming, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Bari’s Old Town. The cozy atmosphere and local character made the stay unforgettable.

The stairs ! It is at the top of 55 steep steps. If you are carrying heavy luggage or if you are not in shape it is an issue to consider. Another thing is that the windows don’t have black out curtains. At 5 in the morning the light comes in through the windows.

It was clean. Marco the host was kind and helped us to get taxies we needed. The apartment is clean and well located in the old town.

3 sets of stairs are an issue, inside stairs were not equal in height, and the only toilet had a broken seat which was an issue for.

Too many stairs, this needs to be stated in the description. We were staying on the top floor and I wouldn’t recommend for an older group / anyone mobility issues. Would have been lovely to have a coffee machine in the kitchen, grazie.

Carmella was exceptional. She answered every question, helped my elderly parents bring suitcases upstairs and gave us recommendations for everything. Location is incredibly central and it couldn’t get better than that.

54 steep steps to climb and no lift. Air con would have been great in the second bedroom. A settee would have been nice as well - we just had a table and chairs but this may be the thing in italy? Overall lovely place and contact with the owner great. Great bathroom as well and 4 ladies managed ok. See pic of some of the steps kept us fit though!

Location in the old town was perfect. Just what we wanted. Access to Bari brilliant. Loads of bars abd restaurants where we were. Always felt safe. Quiet as well. See pic from.our balcony

More supplies in the kitchen, e.g. a dish rack, more plates etc. Also the second air-conditioning unit is in a bit of an odd place, it wasn't the best location as it isn't quite in the second bedroom but also where it is, it is unable to fully get the air to the common areas of the apartment, so it doesn't have much use in its location.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of the told town. The rooms are also nice and big which is nice, and there is mini kitchen which was fine for our one night. There is airconditioning in one of the bedrooms.

The apartment block is under construction so you had to go up the 3 flights of stairs weaving in and out of scaffolding as men rendered and sanded above and around you. Second bedroom would benefit from a air conditioner.

Great spot and Marco was very helpful and organised us a taxi on departure.

Rather difficult access during renovation work. Needs to have a sofa or similar and more electrical plugs in the bedrooms.

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town, with lots of atmosphere. Easy walking access to many restaurants/ cafes. People very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival.
