Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Casa Clàt is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Our room was large, gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. All the staff members (Sara & Isabella in particular!) were so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We also very much enjoyed having drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. If we return to Cagliari, we will definitely stay at Casa Clàt again. Highly recommended!!!

United StatesMany of the fixtures and amenities in the room were hard to figure out. While we were able to figure them out, it would have been helpful if the person who took us to the room demonstrated the equipment. As it turned out, when I called to check on the TV, the receptionist told me she would call back, and never did. These are small things, but take away from an otherwise excellent experience.
Breakfast was excellent, with very friendly and professional service. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. The staff were very accommodating, but some additional training on wines and other drinks would be good. The private parking garage across the road was nice.

The property is so peaceful considering you are in a city! Beautiful furniture and soft furnishings. Staff are friendly, kind and cannot do enough for you ❤️

Everything about Casa Clat exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely amazing (we had the Dune Suite). It was wonderful to have so much room after a week staying in small hotels. The bathroom was especially spacious and gorgeous. The included breakfast was unbelievable! We were able to order any combination of hot and cold items from the menu and everything was delicious. The location was convenient to the historic center and to two different bus stops that we used a lot. If the weather had been warmer, we would have taken advantage of the beautiful pool area.
