A/C was old and noisy, couldn't sleep well. Breakfast was decent however the dinner buffet was pretty average, unfortunately some of the items were carried over or reused from the previous day, so food wasn't even fresh. You wouldn't expect such things from a 4 star hotel.

Issues with check in . Booked 2 rooms only gave us one. We waited quite a while for 2 staff to resolve this we could not understand why. Air conditioner in room was so noisy you could not sleep with it on. Safe didn't work as it had no batteries in it. Overall room was pretty tired looking.

Beaches were accessible, especially with courtesy bus, which was fun in itself quite quirky! Breakfast was a generous buffet spread and the rooms extremely clean however dated as was the general resort. A little dated but overall extremely clean, rooms were very quirky and different with a feel of ancient roman villas, there were choices of restaurants if you didn't go full board which was fun visiting different parts of the resort. Easy access to the port for a fun boat rental (which you can navigate yourself) to all the Calas.

I booked this hotel for 5 days. Very good location for us, beautifully situated. When I arrived we waited 20 minutes for someone to pick us up. During this time I read about the reviews. They were bad. My wife and I cannot confirm a single bad review. We were accommodated in the Borgo, because the whole park has several hotels. - Fantastic location - Room clean and pleasant - Daily room service - Breakfast without much choice, but enough to eat for the whole day - Cottages in the trees, beautiful alleys - Beautiful park with animals: donkeys, moufflons, sheep etc. - beautiful beaches - free shuttle service between resorts - in the evening a fantastic Smoth Jazz concert performed by Everblue from Rome - Dinner for 30 euro/person. You eat and drink as much as you want. Different every day There may be a lot of visitors in July and August. We were at the beginning of October and there was no feeling of tourists at all. We went for a walk to the second resort in the Resort Park - Teplis. The cottages looked a bit worse than those in Borgo. The beach by the rocks and the pools were great. As much as we would like to, we do not find any bad sides of the Borgo resort. We enjoyed it very much. A beautiful place and built on a grand scale. Thank you for a great time and to the gentleman who made super coffee :-)

The facility needs a big maintenance. The rooms are really old and uncomfortable. Air conditioning working really noisy and there is a smell in the rooms which makes you uncomfortable. All the furnitures are really old and if there will no maintanence soon, the hotel will totally may collapse.

Location of the property was really nice. The resort itseld has great beaches and in the middle of the fascinating nature. General design of the facility was good. Cleaning was good. Staff is generally nice.

the service of the central bar, flaggingness, indifference! first they paid for the drink, then they said there was none! let's choose another! twice in one week! the exhausted drinks were not dusted! I ran out of rum and gin... I don't think there will be tomorrow either...

Lack of drink options for dinner - adults and children. Wasps around the food servings. Not enough bars / places to eat lunchtime and in the evening in the part of the resort we stayed in.

Airconditioning unit was very noisy, and The draining pipe drips onto the stairs used to access the room which can get slippery.

Location is stunning. The views from the room were incredible of the sea and cliffs. The pizza restaurant is perfect for dinner watching the sunset and the food was on point. Staff are very friendly, and the beach is worth all the stairs. Bringing your own beach towelis advisable. The breakfast is good and the pools are very relaxing. The local products (honey, olive oil) in the room on arrival is a thoughtful touch.

The dinerbuffet ( in outcast included) was below 4 star standard. As we expect to eat well in Italy , we decided to try the “pizzeria “ (at Borgo) with the excellent view on to bays. What a disappointment . Most of the staffing did not know what they where doing. Confusion on tickets, I got served a 1.5 liter bottle of cola instead of glass, and worse the food was not good … the pizza Italian unworthy . Our recommendation eat outside the park ( or perhaps the restaurants on the other side of the park are better. This park has so much potential . Please improve on staff and service where needed, make sure the food is excellent and improv on entertainment . Language barriers shouldn’t prevent good service and a good stay at the resort.

The location is fantastic. Access to various beaches, though it is recommended to take the park bus to get to the other side. Beaches are not to crowded. Great places to be. The many trees provide shade and make it more comfortable to move around. The whole medieval village feel at Borgo Cala Moresca is great. Several good swimming pool areas. Breakfast is good. The transfer service ( luggage) etc good, friendly staff.

Air con was noisy but sleeping with ear plugs helped so bring if you are comfy sleeping in them - otherwise the room was perfect. We heard lots of complaining about getting a 'sea view' but generally those people appeared to be under the impression their room was going to be on the beach itself... Perhaps they didnt look at the photos before booking... The only actual negative was La Vela Restaurant. The staff here argued with each other all 3 times we visited about whether they could serve pizzas - at a pizza restaurant - to only then agree they could. First time they 'lost our order' which kept us waiting 1hour, resulting in no pizza at all... second time we were told they couldnt do pizza (again) but a quick argument later and pizzas were available... third time all was going well, pizzas were ready, but the cashier tried to charge almost double claiming prices had risen, overnight?! Felt like he was trying his luck... The resort should probably address this 'team'

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially on the reception desk and catering staff. The maître d' greeted everyone each morning and evening, helping to find tables and rearrange for larger groups where needed. Lifeguards were also great, especially Cinthia who went over and above to make sure we were comfy at Spiaggia Cala Moresca & Monte Turri. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of options as long as you're not fussy and beaches, pools, bars, walks are in good supply.

The AC units should be allowed to retire now. It wasn’t too hot during our stay, so we chose to listen to seagulls instead. We haven’t found any of the kids animations, but haven’t been looking for it any special either. Better signs of the parking lot would be helpful 🙈😅

Gorgeous surroundings, extremely helpful staff. Delicious fresh food. Self served beer and wine was unexpected surprise! Beautiful refurnished bathrooms.

Since it's all on a grand scale, be prepared to walk and to climb some steps to go to your room.

This place has its own beaches and spectacular views. It is like a small rustic village full of charm. Breakfast was complete and set in a beautiful restuarant. The grounds were extensive and complete with free roaming domesticated animals. The Spa was spectacular. Several swimming pools on site and you are spoilt for choice.

The air conditioner is really loud because the external and internal units are together inside the room so that the external unit does not spoil the street view. Everything is almost perfect, but somehow there is a feeling of neglect, for example, the rusty fences and metal structures. The bed wasn't the realy good and the bathroom in our accommodation was very crowded, for example you couldn't open the door properly from the bidet!

The resort is beautiful, with lush vegetation and the internal bus route (Boboi) is also a special experience. The animals roam freely (rabbits everywhere🐇), the thematic beaches are amazing, the sea is full of fish, it's really not worth leaving here, because it satisfies all your needs! It can be an excellent choice for families!
